Those are typically subpar in their animation. Plus I don't think there are subtitles for most

“I love writing, and I’m gifted,”

    Said every CN author ever.

"As far as I know, nobody is as good as I am."

Every translator should take his advice.

"A lot of people ask me how I’ve become so successful in the industry. I only do one thing, which is to give my readers new work every day. I’ve done this every day for the last 12 years. "

    " I typically write about 7,000 to 8,000 characters a day."

If you translate everyday, 8000 characters a day, you too will be able to roll in the dough.

Except he says only 2~3% of his income is from online reading. It's all almost entirely from printed books and copyright deals.

It kind of is rpg-ish. I mean, you level up and every ten levels you beat a boss and get a new ability.

How is that weird? If the author answers at all then not much point hiring a PR guy to answer for you

You didn't have to say that. Translators need motivation.

What are you talking about, not one of his novels is with a game system, they just have natural cooldowns and percentages of power in exact numbers. Imagine reading Harry Potter and there is a fight, someone says use that spell, I can't! I have 3 more seconds cooldown! How lame...

Let's point out Mt.Tai for him... He really needs it. We might as well ask the frog (him) how the sky looks from the bottom of the well.

He started as a carp but became a dragon. Writing like that for 12 years is not something easy. He saw how the sky looked from the bottom of the well already. But he is already flying high in the sky , somewhere we will never be able to reach him.
