Nope. Free chapters have stopped, so it no longer updates on NU, but pretty sure premium updates still come out. But not 100% certain, since you can't see upload date unless you unlock it.

Most qidian novels stopped updating free chapters since 16 august. Now you need to unlock them

Qidian is no longer releasing free chapters for a lot of their novels. So there are new chapters, it's just that we (and NovelUpdates) can't see them.

Crossing to The Future is the only Qidian novel I read so I was super disappointed too.

I never wanted to make a Qidian/Webnovel account (because I don't trust them), but this forces everyone to make one and either pay or visit daily for spirit stones to read. If you're reading more than 1 novel there, good luck getting enough stones for free.

 

It is true, I am rather old-fashioned.

Alas, this news is truly unsettling! I shall prepare an appeal in due haste, as I cannot, in good conscience, support Qidian's latest amendment. Twas a moment of good fortune to have discovered the free chapter releases of time past, and my retirement plans have come to rely on them.

Been waiting and rereading it for 4 years. Even the raws are incomplete.

 

are you sure there are new chapters? there are no updated raws for a year and even on qidian (not logged in) I can't even find the index page for the novel

 

I'm still waiting for the update of this novel. The last time I read this it was on hiatus and i just finished rereading this again and it was on hiatus again huhuhuhu. Hoping for the author to continue writing this novel, i really love this novel. Hoping the author to come back soon wishing you all the best!

 

I'm very new to the series, and the beauty of the first chapter captivated me for the long run.

Could anyone provide a quick summary of what's going on with the hiatus? There doesn't appear to be an update on webnovel in the past 10-11 months.

The author took a break. She will hopefully come back, and has posted a tweet every couple months on her website, giving fans hope for the future. But, you never know.

 

Anybody knows where I can read chapter 1483-1501? Those are premium content on webnovel and need a lot of coins. I read using fast passes and I'm piss poor so anybody knows any place where I can read them?

 

Late, but I'm pretty sure there's no way to get them without paying for privileged chapters. Pretty sure even the s can't get to them.
So you'll just have to settle for the raws instead (*laughs in MTL*), or until author releases more so Webnovel bumps those chapters out of the privilege zone and you can buy them without paying like $50 for the most advanced privilege tier.

I only know in webnovel in other site that im like only have 1400+ chapters that why I can only wait or pay for Spirit stone just to read the new chapter of the story. With Madam ru Hiatus the book because of health issue. I hope she ok now.
