As a brazilian, you're used to speak portugese (iirc) which - like english - is heavily influenced by latin, using a similiar alphabet and grammar.
Chinese most likely have just as much problems to learn your language then you have learning mandarin. Instead it should be easier for them to learn japanese.

The more the language you want to learn and a language you already know have in common, the easier it is to learn said language, because you already know how to apply the grammar, vocabulary, etc.

It's like a pilot being asked to drive a truck or vice versa.

I think koreans can speak basic english than japanese and chinese, and probably they are one of the countries who can easily learn japanese and chinese, some of the Korean Stars already speaks 4 language as a norm...

Simple Reason, their people are going to a lot of countries to learn or to live, even in my country just to learn english

You do know they teach English at most schools, just like many US schools have a Spanish class. Few bother being fluent and forget after lack of use.

Getting your English to a level where others can understand you isn't that difficult. However, perfecting English is definitely hard. I think even Grammarians could make grammar mistakes once in a while.

English not that hard if you like to study and have a good teacher who can teach it. I used to hate it because my junior high teacher is a bit mean but become love it because my high school teacher make english fun to study

as in not really hard. . .

now what i find hard is learning a non alphabet language. . . like chinese, japanese, korean, and even hindi words. . . darn those wrigly lines. . . .
but welp maybe if i got a proper tutor. . .
a long haired, glasses wearing, sexy looking, cold expression like onee-san type tutor . . . .
darn i'm pretty sure that i can't learn it more!

I'm not sure what's the standard learning in China, Japan and Korea, it seems there's no people here to represent them on how hard is English, but I'm sure they are more comfortable learning each others language than English.

I learned English when I was 12~13, I remember taking classes for it and that didn't do shit for me at least I didn't think it did at the time, but maybe it did help? Anyways I think the method I used to learned it was watching TV and being surrounded by other kids who spoke it. It kinda just crept up on me so I thought it was hard when I didn't know it but then when I did learned it I thought it was shit easy. Today I think I have an ample vocabulary and I'm very skill at it, having no problems with the speaking part and only bad grammar sometimes. So, is it hard or easy I'm not sure, you just kinda pick it up if you are surrounded by it and have no choice but to learn it, though I do remember it didn't take me more than a year to be proficient enough to understand what everyone around me was saying but my accent was thick and I rarely spoke it because middle schoolers are coldhearted assholes.

Speaking English may be a little complicated, but we only have like 20 characters unlike places like Japan or China with thousands.

If your talking basic communication, most can do it, its harder to learn for them, same as it is for us to learn theirs because of the differences between our language systems. But if your talking about English by itself, it is one crap shoot of a language that I would say 90% of English speakers themselves, cant even truly get right. Just the English class itself from school proves just how messed up our language is, and how hard it is to get things right, because we over complicated our language with different variations of words, to take the brain power away from the reader and get the point across better. But in the end it just made complications such as, there and their (pronounced same, means different...no real need to have 2 spellings when context clues can easily tell you what one means.)
