Nope, but at least you are the one that has uploaded your novel there, not some random guy that stole it... I saw quite a lot of stolen novels (same stuff with a different author name) in their "original story" section, even published ones. They are very lax about copyright and other stuff, as expected of a CN media company.

you can UPLOAD it but dont get a contract with them. This will give them the right to: Sell copies of the story where ever they want, make suggestions on what you write, hire someone else to write the story if you dont comply, delay your pay up to six months, and force you to pay back whatever amount of money you earned during your contract if you terminate your contract. Among other things, i think. For example I upload MY novel to WN, i gave over a million readers there and its where my main readerbase is. But i dont have a contract with them and asked around when one was offered.
I'm with @Cupcake Ninja You can try uploading it there, but do not try to get the contact, I figured that you'll make more in the long term if you just set up your patreon.
You can also try with wuxiaworld, prolly better contract than webnovel but i'm not sure if they would accept you thought as i heard they are picky. Scribblehub and Royal Road are probably easier. Gravitytales also have a original novel section but they are in arms with webnovel and there was quite a drama in the past so i'm not sure if it would be safe.
