Is scribble hub any good for comedy novels and bl. If not is there a site you recommend
It is a site hosting free novels from amateur writers hoping for views.
Quality is not really any different then the other similar sites.
no it's close to wattpad quality in some novels but can be close to rrl quality in some [tho if it is rrl quality they'd post it on both...]
idk i just don't like the layout of scribble hub tbh orz...
you're betraying nuf with scribble hub 0.0) jk though
just browse around it's just people writing their own novels \_'3')_/
I love ScribbleHub's built-in glossary as an author; I wish more sites had that option. Honestly it's got its mix of good and bad novels like most sites, so up to you.
If you don't mind the trending page being full of gender bender and porn novels, then i guess it is a good site.
Isnt cribble hub and nuf made by same person?......
But scribble hub and nuf have a forum...
Nuf is way better '3')
@Westeller tell em !
Lol i gotcha but tbh. Nowadays i dont use nuf much due to it being 90 % bl as a hetero male i just cant read that stuff and its now the majority on nuf so i use scribblehub as nuf wont let me filter out genres
so that is an option on NU...unless you mean to block BL on NUF which would not be possible...logistically.
From the short week where I browsed scribblehub looking for new things to read I find that a lot of the popular/rising novels on there tend to be very inspired by Japanese novels and humor. That can be a good or bad thing, it was bad for me.
RRL was more mixed and I found myself enjoying much more novels there than what's on scribblehub. Ratings also tend to be inflated on scribblehub than royalroad in my opinion.
You need to keep in that their rising/trending section is not what is really what is popular, since it is designed to fluctuate so it is constantly changing instead of keeping a stale list.
Plus if you looked recently, they are in the middle of a writing contest which is going to support reincarnation stories (stories need to have one of 3 tropes) which are going o be more likely to get in the trending.
People seem to think that rated a novel highly is always a positive, it isn't in most cases.
People will trust average ratings over very high ones
and low ratings will interest people more than oddly high ratings.
You also have authors/translators who tell readers to rate a novel 5 stars to get more chapters
I don't know if Scribblehub has this problem but I know that NovelUpdates does
I looked several months ago so it probably didn't have anything to do with that contest. I used both the trending lists and the novels finder to find both new novels and the actual popular ones on scribblehub.
As far as I'm aware, Scribblehub is the webnovel hosting site that is the most friendly towards homosexual romance, so you should be able to find some good BL over there.
This ddosent work for me though?
Did you use the genres yaoi and shounen ai? Cause it works for me.
