Is there a time, a moment, or a memory that always stood out to you as you remember yourself feeling fearless at that time?

 

Hmm, when I was six years old I probably did do something like that. Forgot about it now though.

About two years back, I wrote a scathing satiritical story on local government that almost got me expelled from uni. I was super brave back then, and I managed to complete my degree at the expense of that magazine.

 

When I saw a picture of cut up flesh in my dad's phone and a picture of torn eyelids in my mom's as a child and only felt a little bit disgusted.
