    off the top of my head, I can only think of su jia from Close Combat Mage - but he rarely if ever does it; its too broken early on. I was going to try my hand at one on RRL. There's a few interesting things you can create from this basis.

    Kotara from Avatar the last air bender, I think that's the chicks name anyway, if u know the show than u know she could control water(water bender). BLOOD=WATER (blood bender) though that's in later episodes. (She is a sub-MC)
