YES it's good how it compares, he's a lot more ruthless than some others. You could say he has more opportunity to be ruthless, but still. It's one of those time rebirth novels like TDG and TTNH, where he was knowledge that should be impossible to have, as well as knowledge of the higher realms. Also, it has a lot of pill refining like in BTTH, World Defying Dan God and The Strongest Dan God. There is also revenge, and a lot of other things. All in all, pretty good story.
The MC is Op because of past knowledge and unlike most he uses it the most to get the most benefits from events that haven't happen just yet and the time skips are large but if I had to rate it I would give it a 6 or 7 overall because it's still early
It's very good imo. Haven't read all of it, but from what I've read, it's one of my most anticipated novels.
I like it a lot. It focuses a lot on cultivation and is pretty ruthless. There is no group or followers really, just a few acquaintances. It's labeled as harem but there has not been even a hint of romance yet. Then again, it says there are 1330 chapters and we are only on chapter 85.
Cultivation/alchemy aspects are over explained and sect elders are full retard as in all xianxias but otherwise its amazing, he uses his time travel perfectly.
Its pretty descently interesting. Though you have to beware of the information repetition loop the author like to play. It isnt as much as TMW, but its used pretty often . Its a bad idea to read it chapter by chapter especially when you hit the latest translated chapters.
I only made it to chapter 13 because I hit a huge text wall of cultivation/technique explanation.. it was really excessive. I've heard that the info dumps in this series can be pretty overwhelming, but until I hit that info dump it was a really interesting read. Not sure where it'll go since the MC is essentially one of the most OP protagonists I've come across but I'll come back to it at some point, just got caught up reading other things.
yes it is good , but if u r harem hater like some other guys , avoid it why ? because Spoiler: harem He will have 5 wives and 7 concubines and 30 maids. and YES! real harem , he bang them all .. even 44some LOL
I personally like it. It has good story set up and a good MC. He isn't excessively arrogant or emotional (except when it comes to his master). A rather realistic MC. The only annoying thing I find is the long terminology on cultivation and technique explanations, they fit with the story quite well but I end up skipping them lols. Story is quite slow from the currently translated chapters however, but I suppose it will speed up later. Looking forward to completion
It is an excellent story. It is different from the majority of novels. It's a harem, a real one. The MC has 5 wives, 7 concubines and 30 maidservants and one mistress (and has sex with all of them). The women's are actual important to the story (minor spoiler: the wives are vital to the story and to the MC journey). One more thing that i liked and it is different in this novel is that the MC actually works with his enemy (double agent style), and he actually starts to like and respect his enemy and fells remorse when he has to take them down (never seen that in a Chinese novel). It is a slow story, not too many fights more like mind games and strategies and plans behind the scene. You can ignore or skip the cultivation explanations you will not lose anything. This MC actually has more friends and allies that enemies. This are a few of the motive i enjoyed the novel, its different that the mainstream.
