It'll be interesting what Isaac will actually do, and whether he'll get an official authority or position to do it, or he'll just be either accepted or ignored doing it.
someone call doom guy the demons are here or isaac become the new doom slayer but still knowing isaac he doesn't want anything to do with this crap -_-
So Isaac asked for an army that will obey everything he says. How can anyone think this is a good idea?
It's a good idea as long as they're not the ones he's currently fighting. If they're his allies, they'll be terrified and afraid of him, but that'll either keep them from betraying him out of fear, or just require a few examples to stay in line. If they're his enemies, give him a little time and they'll scream away in terror if they hear his people approaching.
The author didn't had to spell out the implications of why Rivelia asking if Isaac was okay was interesting, we aren't that stupid... okay maybe we are but thats beside the point. I wonder if Kunette would have asked if Isaac was okay or would she be too on edge at the unpredictable monster. ..... pst i am eagerly awaiting for more chapters.
Not a fan of how Isaac's replacement that was basically just a yes-man slave to Rivelia was so successful: Many have been trying to improve the city, but none ever could before Isaac, but with Isaac gone the city will improve more?
Basically issac already took care of the biggest issues stopping people from improving the city, the 4 underworld rulers and thier port city behind the scenes rulers. With those out of the way the owner of New Port City can finally start doing reforms without the interference of the underworld and Port City. But it wasn't that the yes man was so capable but that he basically did whatever Rivelia said which had the backing of central and is a genius (supposedly). And honestly Isaac isn't a good statesman. He solves his problem by throwing money at it or shaking up the board. Great terrorist bad statesman. Not saying Isaac wouldn't do a good job in raising the city's living standards but would have easily caused chaos and mayhem while doing so. I imagine Rivelia would do things in a more stable and common procedure. And honestly Rivelia's biggest problem in doing a good job was her need to fuck with isaac trying to get him to work becuase he is so lazy.
@animanaicT Get Isaac to work? Why didn't Rivelia just make good plans that needed nothing more than Isaac's permission?
I don't know im not Rivelia who has a drive to fuck with isaac I wouldn't want to touch a terrorist let alone negotiate with them. In the story since rivelia came to be the inspector (can't remember the role) she was messing with him every chance she got. And yea when issac got replaced with the yes man I imagined thats what happened every pet project she wanted to do got simply approved by the yes man.
