    Lots of isekai novels and some manga and anime too have rpg elements.. but are there any rpg games with the typical isekai novel/manga/anime elements..

    ie. main/player character from our world or equivalent, summoned into medieval setting and somehow able to use his/her knowledge from the modern world.. some central location like adventurer guild where you get jobs and get paid, instead of from random characters all around the world..

    And.. if such games exist, are there any good ?

    sword of the stranger. Its a dungeon crawler tho and a bit grindy at that.

    Its not an RPG nor is it free exploration but this game fits ur description to a T

    Perhaps Star Ocean until the end of time. MC comes from a high technological era into a mideval times. He is mistaken as a blacksmith from another country and is asked to make a powerful weapon... He receives quests from Royalty as well. it’s pretty cool, he oftens goes to other worlds and make his party from different talents of the galaxy. There’s also a final fantasy mobile game, can’t remember but the MC reawakens after a long time. [Edit. It’s called mobius. Seems he has amnesia?]

    I absolutely recommend Ni no Kuni II, the kingdom building and recruiting citizen is really fun (y)
