Recommendations Isekai without isekai

Im looking for Mangas that's a transported to another world/Reincarnated into another world.But it shouldn't have the words "Isekai" or "Tensei" in it because I've read most of the mangas with those in it. It should also be Action and romance with male mc. Mangas only pls. thanks

Kanata Kara
- Girl gets thrown into another world. Meets a guy who's like a sacred demon thing but is a good guy. They fall in love and travel the world together. In the end they have to stop a massive demonic rampage and because of their link, she can use her power to purify the entire battlefield with just a sweep of her hand. No, she didn't like slap the air and every enemy goes poof. She walks around the top of the besieged mountain and all demons that her fingers pointed at turns to dust. Everyone thought she was a goddess, it was a beautiful and epic scene.

Vision of Escaflowne
- Girl was at school when a dragon appears, fighting a guy who wields a sword and shield. When the guy goes home, she was transported along. The girl has a latent prophetic powers in this world, she has the ability to predict future events or tell of events happening somewhere else with great accuracy. The theme of the anime is how mankind tries to change fate and what results from this. Although I watch the anime, Escaflowne also has 3 different mangas with parallel storytelling. In the manga with the same name, the protagonist is a bombshell who is the power source of the Escaflowne dragon mechas.

Fushigi Yuugi
- Protagonists were transported into the book of the four celestials into the ancient times of China where disciples of the four celestials were opposing each other for some reason. Can't remember why. It's been so long since I've read it. There are several mangas. So read them all. They're shoujo mangas, but there's a lot of stuff boys would certainly like as well, such as battles, attempted rape, more battles, thousands of deaths and tyrants who only wants to use the celestial maidens for their own goals.

Red River
- A modern Japanese girl gets transported into ancient Anatolia as the avatar of Ishtar due to the foulplay of the queen. Despite the many hardships as well as the numerous attempted assassinations and kidnappings, she leads the Hittite Empire to prevail against foes, especially the Egyptians. She brought the technology for forging of steel into the Hittites when a tribe with that knowledge swore allegiance to her. She doesn't have any special powers, but she won the day through the use of her brain. She even won against a lion despite her frail wimpy Japanese girl's strength. It's so historically accurate that it's frightening. Some stuff mentioned in this manga when it was first made was only known to be true quite recently. If the mangaka ever claim that she is a reincarnated person who once lived in the Hittite Empire, I would certainly believe her. Of course there are some fictional stuff that seemed to have been added for flavour.

Basara
- Readers only know this later, but this story is set in the future, where the world were destroyed in a cataclysm. Japan became a desert wasteland and the protagonist was just a simple village girl until a certain incident happen, in which she fought against the forces of the emperor. She fell in love with a prince of the empire, not knowing that he was her enemy and he also fell in love with her while soaking in a hot springs, without knowing that she was the woman who would destroy their regime and was the woman he was looking all over to kill. Eventually, they had a happy ending (I think, I was quite satisfied with the ending). In the last chapter, it was shown that they were both lovers in a previous life right before the cataclysm.

Yes I know a few of the above doesn't involve getting sent to another world, but the worlds are vastly different from our modern world, which is one of the biggest draws of the isekai genre. So give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
