That's CN novel exclusively. This is JP novel. And judging from the 4th volume cover, she's pretty much his maid + wife till the end,since there is no Harem tag(unless there is Harem in the future and they just haven't add it yet).

Well, there's only two chapters translated. The Manga was published until the 20th chapter, and the scanlation was until the 15th chapter. Until now, Serafina is the dedicated maid, even after being released from slavery. I think the MC is somewhat dense. No, completely, brain of stone, lead-level dense. It appears that there's no harem development. I tried to find the web novel chapters, but can't find it. I can only find the manga, at alphapolis.
No japanese food in the manga until now, but there are the onsen thing, the food stalls, and so on. Maybe the LN/WN has more details... But no, I don't see the MC introducing japanese food.
