It's instanced, as in there can be multiple "instances" or shards of the same dungeon running at the same time that are completely isolated and unaffected by what's happening in the rest of the world or whatever.

ahktchually its also known as instant because time is isolated from the rest of the universe, the events within seeming to happen in an "instant" when compared to the outside world.

it depends on the dungeon. if it is a dungeon that have multiple instance depending on the number of people inside it, then it is instanced dungeon. but if it is a dungeon that can be created using a one use item, then it is an instant dungeon. if it is an instant dungeon that can host multiple instance, then it is an instant instance dungeon.

 

That would only be true if you went in and out at the same time, of which I know no stories or games that do that. Most dungeons don't use enough time dilation to do that, and even then, Instant would be dumb because it has the connotation of Instant set up, and would confuse anybody who saw it.

 

Well, in some novels dungeon suddenly appeared out of nowhere and suddenly disappear when they are finished as if it was instant.

Maybe, I could see it being some terminology in a game where you can use one-use/consumable items or whatever and it could be called instant dungeon perhaps.

But try too find any mention of "instant dungeon" anywhere besides some of these translated novels and manga and you'll be hard pressed.

an instance dungeon/dungeon instance is an instanced dungeon. i.e. it's a dungeon that has been instanced into (dungeon) instances.

You might call this "instancing" if you will...
