Thanks for the link \(n n)/\(n n)/\(n n)/
which chapter does mc and ml start dating?
which chapter does mc go back to earth?
Cannot remember exactly it is somewhere in the middle. They dated after MC n ML went back to MC world
Ch 379 was their first "date". Though it was more like they both thought it was a date but also thought the other person didn't think it was a date.
Ch 391 was when they accidentally got tossed back to modern world
Ch 404-408 was their second date in the modern world, at the end of which they finally confessed to each other.
Ch 428 is when they return back from the modern world with MC's adopted parents
Ch 440 is when ML proposes and MC accepts and they agree to future time/conditions for marriage (actual marriage takes place in the last chapter)
Ch 580 is when they have sex for the first time
I didn't find any spoiler thread of this here. Was reading this one and got interested.

Gongyi Tianheng: Then bring it all out.
Gu Zuo: …
Fearing death, Gu Zuo agreed to transmigrate but now he has to think of a way to survive. He has a golden finger called Medicine Refining System, but unfortunately, he doesn’t have the ingredients needed to refine.
Gongyi Tianheng could not breakthrough; the main land’s most noble house’s eldest son’s di descendant, he has outstanding IQ but his innate skill falls short.
The path of the apothecary is extremely difficult; he couldn’t survive without a backer, but Gongyi Tianheng could mobilize plenty of ingredients.
Two people are sick and Gu Zuo has the medicine, therefore, the sick receive the medicine and he receives what he needs. Everyone is happy.
Hope that anyone can give spoilers

The jjwxc entry of this novel separates out the 1000+ chapters into 15 major arcs. I think the previous spoilers only get as far as the 6th one where they go back to the modern world. So here's a summary of all the arcs:
Arc 1 - MC transmigrates to the Cangyun Kingdom and receives the medicine system. Finds ML to be his patron in exchange for curing his condition. They complete a mystical compact to seal the deal (little did they know...). Once able to cultivate, ML trains like crazy to match his peers.
Arc 2 - ML finally reveals his new cured condition and new martial ability to his family and the public. Their kingdom participates in a tournament to compete for entry student slots to Qingyun Sect. ML takes second place (though he threw the last fight on purpose).
Arc 3 - ML and MC carefully navigating the complicated intrigue among the disciples of Qingyun Sect. While getting stronger, building a following, and finding hidden resources (many of which become/remain relevant in later arcs), they need to be careful about showing too much of their true ability, while also needing to show enough to be taken seriously. MC somehow makes friends with the proud genius young alchemist of the sect (who will continue to show up in later arcs).
Arc 4 - ML and MC travel on the perilous road that opens every few centuries and connects the world fragment that Qingyun Sect resides on with the Central Mainland landmass. Near the end, MC gets separated from ML and sucked into a rip in the void. (ML then proceeds to go berserk on the third prince who created the rift.)
Arc 5 - MC lands elsewhere on the mainland and makes some friends, but their luck is pretty bad and his new friends are on the verge of being killed off by another branch of their own family. Meanwhile, ML is luckier and scores perfectly on the entrance tests of the Ten Ultimates Sect, and becomes the new personal disciple of one of the 10 Sect heads. He promptly uses his new authority/resources to find MC and rescue him in the nick of time. About this time MC realizes he has romantic feelings for ML. They have further adventures; pretty much every time the go out to do a mission, they also luck into some secret cache or something. On the third time out, MC picks up a shuttle that can traverse worlds, and accidentally activates it...
Arc 6 - MC is taken back to the modern world and reunites with his dad. ML "accidentally" acquires a mob family or something of the like, and uses their resources to find MC. The lovebirds finally confess to each other. They rescue MC's other dad, and take both of his parents back to the Mainland with them.
Arc 7 - Using their new shuttle artifact, our boys make a trip to ML's original home and to Qingyun Sect, mainly to bring a bunch of ML's family and some friends to the Mainland to settle there. ML takes on a few missions, and nearly dies on one of them when he gets ambushed by his target's grandfather. MC uses his perfect pills as bounty awards to kill/capture the guy's entire family, and force him to commit suicide, thus earning himself a place on the top ten list of most dangerous (killer) alchemists. Anyway, ML recovers and gets back in time to make the top spot of a prodigy tournament. When they get back they find that MC's dads had stumbled on a hidden cache that contains the inheritance teachings of a bunch of ancient masters (also become plot relevant later on).
Arc 8 - ML is given a long term mission to help garrison a border city that is constantly on conflict with several non-human tribes. Our boys complete it early by basically killing most of the enemies (mass poisoning, setting a city on mystical fire, etc.) and causing the rest to run away. MC steals the major artifact of one of the enemy tribes to power up his mental techniques, and the side effect of absorbing it causes him to seduce ML, and they finally have sex after 100+ chapters of tension (for the audience). Also, their son is born from a special rock that they've been feeding blood to from the both of them.
Arc 9 - Our boys go to school... actually they have to go through some classes/tests at one of the two highest ranked powers on the mainland in order to gain access to a special sub-landmass. MC performs so well during testing that he's asked to teach some classes (which causes a minor panic). They also make some friends and get invited to scout out some secret cache and gain powerups/stuff.
Arc 10 - They finally go to the sub-landmass, where they hunt down the last ingredient that will completely fix ML's body. ML then goes through some horrendously murderous tribulation lightning for his level up. MC in contrast only gets a token half-hearted lightning strike for his level up. They kill various enemies and gain various goods, and in the course of hunting down the last ingredient for bringing MC's twin brother (the one that died all the way in the start of the story) back to life, they get sucked into a rift.
Arc 11 - MC wakes up on a new world. ML is critically injured protecting him as they exited the rift. They get picked up by some disciples of a minor alchemist sect. MC makes friends with the sect and they bring him along to a major alchemist competition at the main alchemist's city. MC discovers that his appearance and some of his techniques are very similar to a major alchemist family. After question the system (actually the spirit of the inheritance he received), he finally learns the truth about the ancient history of his inheritance and his origins. After ML wakes up, they resuscitate MC's brother. Along with the remaining genius alchemists remaining in the original family branch MC originally belonged to, they plot how to help the branch regain prominence (and eventually get revenge on the other branch that killed off MC's birth parents). Also, MC takes some time out to go exploring for new resources and playing doctor for important people and building connections.
Arc 12 - News arrives that the Heavenly Imperial Palace is going to be seeking new students. They're apparently a nexus of power that recruits the best and brightest of many different worlds. Since our boys have been looking for a way back to their home on the Mainland world, getting into a inter-planar organization is the natural step to go. ML enters the contest and wins a special top spot. After getting to the palace world, they again start to make new connections while training up. ML is on the top twenty ranking when a special multi-world competition is announced, earning him special rights to recruit additional participants from his home world to the contest. This allows them to finally go home.
Arc 13 - Our boys return home after five years being missing, with ship full of resources and mind blowing news. The major powers of the mainland sort out whose going, partially through a contest of course. They all go to the palace world, then travel to the Ten Thousand Tribes Pagoda for the competition, which is essentially between humanity and the non-human tribes. Round one is an survivalist scavenger hunt event; ML manages to level up in the middle of it and place sixth. Round two is a bunch of one on one challenger duels; ML breaks into fifth place for the final ranking.
Arc 14 - Due to his performance, ML becomes the sole personal disciple of an emperor-level cultivator (with the blessing of his former master). The boys discover more about the emperor-level alchemist cultivator that left behind MC's inheritance (including the fact that she's...not quite dead...sort of). They also discover the secret of what caused the ML's home world to break into fragments 100k years ago, and uncover a sinister plot by some emperor-level cultivator that has spread across many worlds to steal the world's potential and eventually destroy them.
Arc 15 - Ultimate enemy boss is uncovered. He escapes capture and defects to the non-humans, triggering a massive war across many worlds. To break the stalemate, the fight switches to an emperor-level duel format. However, that is a distraction, as Evil Boss sent his split-body alter-self to attack ML's home world. ML and MC rush back, go through a forced level up to defeat it. Evil Boss attempts a final revenge by self-destructing to take the world with him. The Root of the World shows up and offers to merge with ML, and use his self-developed technique to secure the world fragments. They do this and the world is saved, though the side effect is that ML (and MC) are forcibly leveled up twice more, and ML has to take a 100-year nap to process the changes. After he wakes up, they finally get married.
what was mc's family reaction when they found out he wasnt dead but a genius alchemist?
Which family, lol?
Adopted dad from modern world was mostly surprised the son that died in a car accident is still alive, and after processing that, he pretty much rolled with everything else that came after.
The family branch that killed MC's birth parents don't know about him yet, because they're taking the slow route to accumulate people, resources, renown, etc to raise the family branch back to power (and eventually supplant the rival branch). Also, that project is being headed by MC's revived twin, MC's only involved in sending over resources time to time.
Did they manage to suppress the evil branch in the end?
They were well on their way to doing so when our protagonists revisit the world ten years after they had left it for the palace world. The resources they'd sent back during all this time help raise a new generation of skilled alchemists, and they had already broken into the market for low-to-mid-level cultivators as an established rival of the usurper branch. MC stayed a bit to help his twin break through to pill king status, after which he would have the ability to make pills for high level cultivators, and thus more easily hire high level muscle for protection. Twin was still using his adopted surname instead of their birth surname though, so presumably at that point he hadn't revealed his true origins.
Before leaving, MC also released his connection with the Medicinal Grand Palace inheritance (aka system) and left it behind as a free agent to help protect and support them. At that point, MC had already built his own soul-artifact (a warship) and so didn't need the original inheritance anymore. Also, the spirit of the medical palace (system) was kinda in love with his twin and didn't really have any personal ties with MC, so it made sense to leave her behind at that point.
We don't see what was going on after the 100 year time skip while ML was asleep. But MC's twin attended their wedding, so we can presume that everything still went according to plan. I would think by that point, they'd seized power already and had anyone who participated in purging their branch executed in revenge, but we don't really see it on screen.
Does Mc's twin brother recover his medicine bead.
Yeah, the ritual that revived him also healed everything including his missing bead.
Read that as "his missing head"
Well, to be fair, if he had been missing a head, the ritual would've probably fixed that too.
So this story has been picked up for translation:
Up to chapter 8 so far. MC and ML have met and are now just getting to know one another.
Quality has been ok. Update schedule is a little uneven, but the longest between updates has been like a week.
