So I'm trying to read The Deer and the Cauldron on spcnet but its too complicated as in the names and references but I heard that John Minford's translation is more readable
Here's Foxs translation. Now compare to John Minford's translation. Link for John Minford's books: https://www.amazon.com/Deer-Cauldro...&qid=1476046767&sr=8-1&keywords=Deer-Cauldron
Foxs version is more faithful to the original work. Anyway, it's up to your taste. If you prefer Minford's translation, it's available at amazon.
So one is not only free but more detailed and faithful while you have to pay for a simplified version?
Naa I'm stingy If I want a book I go to the libararuy and order it from their If I want a sweet I don't pay for it I ask my friends to pay and promise to pay back but I never do If I find money like a 5 pound note and I see the person who drooped I'll keep it Stingy not poor
How's the first line related to books? Are you saying books are cheaper in a library? They aren't (unless it's selling used books, those are the freaking best shops ever).
I don't buy I tell them to order the book from some central library where they keep shit ton of books and then I borrow it to read and bring back after I'm finished with paying a single penny
