Recommend me some JP novel on the same level as akuyaku tensei at least, or maybe if any, novel with writing quality like Youjo Senki? Each time I read JP novel and feel like they cannot measure to those two, I lost more hope of finding another gem like those two...

    No yaoi, of course.

Try Rokujouma no Shinryakusha. It got the best harem of all novel that I read.

nope. No genre. As long as it is not yaoi and preferably with good character development (which is kind of bad with harem, usually).

How similar is Dungeon Seeker compared to Arifureta? I usually skipped anything with the word 'revenge' as there seem to be nothing beyond revenge and slice of life with a dash of fantasy.

I didn't read too much of Arifureta, actually I only read part of the mange. It is similar in some sense to the first part except the MC doesn't power through fights, most of the battles he uses his mind, speed and poison to win. Aka, despite being OP he is pretty weak compared to the ones he has to fight.

There is little slice of life and while revenge is a theme, its a bit more complex. Overall it is pretty twisted.
