    　ご近所に挨拶はするもんだな。

    MC visited his neighbor for the first time and the two of them got along really well and helped each other out with their problem. "It seems that neighbors should be greeted."? I'm not very sure.

    "You have to greet your neighbors, right?"
    I think they meant to say something like you have to help your neighbour

    Something like 'I guess you really should introduce yourself to neighbors.'
    Basically saying that it was a good idea after all.
