1. to understand; to be satisfied with

 

I can't understand this, how rafael can be this so powerful.

 

To still not be able to stand up to Raphael's strength, it's something I'm not satisfied with.

I'm assuming the MC is pissed that despite doing w/e he's been doing, he still can't fuck with raphael, whoever that is.

that's the first line, the rest I'm not really sure about atm. (When in doubt, blame 6 am brain)
