Please help me with the bold lines. They are reading a book written from ancient times about the history of some old fallen country.

    「我らの祖国が滅び、200年が経った。我が主君、双子の王よ、そなたらを遺して逝くことを許され給え、えーと、ほう…じゃなくて、同胞はらから?達も潰ついえ、とうとう我が協力者の…あー、読めない、いちいち言い回しが難しいんだよ」

    Many thanks!

Sorry, I missed out that part.
Our compatriots are already crushed, finally our collaborators'...

Take note, the whole sentence was supposed to be:
同胞はらから達も潰ついえ、とうとう我が協力者の… (but was split up into two sentences because he misread the thing.)

Also, I don't understand this grammar, so I may have made a mistake: 潰ついえ

Just makin sure, y'all do realize that there's furigana that ended up copied into the text, right?
    同胞達も潰え、とうとう我が協力者の

the gist is that some loser guy abandoned the twin kings cuz all his allies got wiped out or smtg. just word it in uber fancy english or something.

    "えーと、ほう…じゃなくて、同胞はらから?達も潰ついえ、とうとう我が協力者の "

"潰ついえ" seems the readers miss reading.

"uh, cla... no, it reads, kindred clans? have ex... extincted, too. And finally, our collaborators'... "

Yeah actually, seems like the furigana might have been copied into the text. But do web novels actually have furigana in them?

Checking a dictionary, 'wiped out' is probably a better translation. This is what happens when you rely too much on interpreting kanji based on Chinese knowledge lol

You are right. I should have checked before.
I searched for the text a few minutes ago and found that "同胞" and "潰” had "はらから" and "つい” on them as furigana.
As for "潰える”, it is old-fashioned and literally means "to collapse, to be routed (in the battle)"

The line seems a preface of an old historical document and the main character starts decoding it.
I don't know how to mimic old-fashioned English but the line may be something like:
"It hath been two hundred years since our beloved homeland perished. May my lords, O the twin Kings, pardon my dying and departing from thee... uh, cla... no, it reads, kindred clans? ...also have wiped out. And finally, our collaborators'... Augh, I can't read. Each wording is too complicated."
