You might want to post the context of where this sentence is spoken as well. Without know the context, for all we know it could be a wordless gargle of death with whoever's saying it choking in a pool of his/her own blood XD

Here it is, but with more context:

Hopefully you can help me with this

Shoot, so close but no cigar.

It's a wordless gargle alright. He/she's chocking on the monster that's coming out through his/her mouth. In this case, just put in some random choking/puking/retching sound in its place should do the job.

I disagree with it being meaningless.

For japanese か、える……おう part should be a pretty obvious かえろう. Now, I'm sure there is something missing in what this thing is saying, so the whole part is kinda like あなたが***。帰ろうっ (I interpret ち is used instead of っ to mean it didn't properly finish the sentence, but maybe not :sweating_profusely:).
And so in English it should also be kinda comprehensible, like: Y..u..are..le..t's..retur... ("go... back..."? Kinda depends on the further context)

Also, kudos for translating S-rank Musume. Didn't have much time to read it recently, but planning to binge read everything you put out XD

    "か、える……おう、ち"
This part should be read as
"かえる、おうち" so something along the lines of "go... home..."
The placement of the comma is used here to show how the Dark Walker is speaking in a halting manner but kinda makes it hard to parse.

The first bit though, I'm not entirely sure.
One possibility is that it's short for "あたしが" with some of the syllables lost, maybe suggesting that the Dark Walker used to be a human girl (or elf, or orc, or halfling, or whatever) who is now consumed by the thought of returning home now that they've been transformed into a monster. It could also mean something else entirely but that's all I can come up with

It could be arigatou, kaeru... ouchi.
So: Thank you, I can finally go home. (or whatever context you need it to fit.)
    That's my two cents, anyway.
