It would be funny though, if it were actually addressed to the President, because it would also make sense with the President part of the sprinting event, and his abnormal talent to attract abnormal girls. This a LN spin-off. The anime stops at the Fireworks Arc, and the manga is currently at the Ice Arc, while the light novel is after the Sports Festival Arc which is two arcs before the Ice Arc.
