I guess it might depend on the stations that have a hand in it. If AT-X is involved, there's a chance of uncensored full goodness as they tend to have the uncensored versions of anime.
Yeah, because AT-X is a subscription only channel they can get away with showing things that are censored on the regular channels. If you look through the list of anime that have aired on it, you'll see many names of series known for heavy ecchi including To Love Ru, Seikon no Qwaser, Highschool of the Dead, High School DxD, Queens Blade, Senran Kagura and the list goes on. They're basically the home of uncensored anime.
I've seen a couple of it but that was a years ago also when english fan subbing scene was still active some would use another channel for video source then insert the uncensored scene taken from AT-X.
There was a Fall 2010 (believe that was the date) anime porn OVA version of that series, which makes senses seeing as it started out as an eroge.
