Well, at least he has the ingredient list now. That puts him closer than he has been in decades. Though, I do have to wonder what makes a heart so special. Its basically just a highly specialized muscle. I'm pretty sure they're close to being able to grow one with science. At least, I remember them being able to grow functioning parts of one more than a decade ago.
imagine being the golden dragon - u were supposed to be getting all the attention.... instead its the fighting maniac red dragon getting all the attention..... P.S. yes i know the MC is intentionally throttling goldie's exposure to the media....
I don't get why the MC was suddenly so mad at him. Well... it's obviously not a normal heart considering all the ingredients.
I think he just doesn't like having his time wasted. Being there means he's not guarding the dragons after all.
More than anything I think, is the attitude of BM. I think Yu Jitae just hates that kind of half-assed approach when trying to achieve an important goal. It’s in stark contrast to the way he’s been living his life. It seemed like he was at least doing things to the best of his ability in every iteration to reach his own goal, stopping the apocalypse, despite all the failure and disappointment. Look at from his perspective. BM doesn’t put in 100% for his goal, then tries to justify that by saying he suffered for 20-30 years with no progress. I think that attitude disgust Yu Jitae, who has always put in his best efforts, who despite failing after hundreds of years, is still pursuing the same goal. How differently would he have done things if suddenly a higher being gave him the outline on how to save the world, just that he would need to make the preparations himself. Would he get complacent and not put in 100% his best? I don’t think so. Yeah it’s less about the materials being subpar and more that BMs attitude really just pissed him off.
The whole novel is about 5 individuals who are broken from tragedy from chapter 1. The MC is the only one who clearly remembers all the tragedy though. While I can't rule out the novel will end in tragedy, my gut instinct is to say that it won't. This feels more like a redemption novel than anything else.
What do you think gyeoul said to myung yongha’s son? Seems like she straight up rejected him but she seems a bit young to know about relationships.
They should be glad that he's sticking to a normal daily life. Otherwise, they'd all be dead. I hope the sniping continues till the end of the competition.
I think the biggest problem is making a "perfect" heart. Either requiring immense power or something more finnicky than a regular organic heart
Assuming he doesn't get fired and expelled from school grounds before he recovers from his injuries, I wonder if he'll try to take out his frustrations over this on Ling Ling. I'm not so sure. There's no reason to believe that this is his first time doing this, nor that this is the worst thing that he's done.
