So there was something I realized the other day. The MC can use Yeorum's magic right? The MC isn't even that good at magic (he prefers skills) yet is able to use magic that should be limited to red dragons. The MC is able to steal the abilities of the people he killed. So it's very likely that he gained the ability to use red dragon magic when he killed her in the 5th iteration. The other alternative is that it is due to his experimentation on the dragons in the 4+ iterations. Which is even more tragic.
My interpretation was that he gained the red dragon authority from killing a higher (or highest?) level red dragon (potentially even Yeorum's parents?) during one of the dragon apocalypse events in a past iteration. However, your theory is interesting and certainly adds an added emotional weight to their relationship. I may have a quick look through past transfers and see if I can find the part where he first shows Yeorum the red dragon skills as I think he mentions something about the origin in an internal monologue. If I find anything I'll post/edit this post. EDIT: Chapter 91 is first mention of Yu Jitae re-enacting the dragon heart for Yeorum but I think the moment I was thinking of is later but can't find it

Yeorum is by far my favourite character. She's the most human of all the dragons. She's also the only one with named friends. Kaeul supposedly had some but they are never named, except for that one who hated her. Well Bom has that old lady who gives her love advice, so I guess that counts as a friend?
Watching the "romance scene" between Bom and the MC in chapter 273 is like watching a romantic scene between a girl and a brick.

To be fair you can't really blame them when it comes to chapters like the last few. On top of all the history with Bom as well as his past life's lover, Bom comes out with her little chat that suggests he boinks a black-haired woman. Then you have Yeorum bringing out the slave card which ends up veering dangerously close to sexy bunnyboi (snrk Yu Jitae as a sexy bunnyboi just... I can't even) territory. There's all the elements prepped and ready and, as far as I know, the only reason we KNOW it's not a harem is because of spoilers. So... yah, can't blame people for asking.

Is the translations still at a snail pace? I remember dropping this one in February because of the slow translations and my Dao comprehension of MTL is very low.
what do u mean snail pace ? so far we got chapters at least every 2 days longest being 5 days. and the translation is really good
