I think we are all desperately wanting to know about the outcome of the crown Prince and how he gets slowly interested in Eris. To be honest, I want him to suffer the most when Eris dies. Like homeboy if you just treated the original Eris right then none of this would have happened!

    ........:sweating_profusely:

.......erm, spoilers pls? :blobpeek: I only have 3 questions to satisfy my soul...
    1. What is the end of the trash prince (die motherf*cker!) and the 2 fishes?
    2. Will Eris father do something to avenge his daughter? He's a pretty powerful noble close to royal family ranks, he CAN DO a lot if he really puts his head into, so I hope he does something to the trash prince and his equally trashy family.
    3. Elena's end? If she dies then does she gets revived or what, if yes then what happens afterwards.

Thanks to the people who shared spoilers until now in this thread. :blobnom:

    Omg so true.
Well. I finalmy saw the light and ignored.
    Anyhow...
I do find thrilling this idea of the MC having to tell her ML in the modern world through the same novel she herself read lol.

Also... can I just say... the sheer badassery of being like. Oh? You are threatening to kill me? COME ON YOU HAVE A SWORD RIGHT THERE STAB ME.
Reminds me of the Eren vs Pieck stand out lol.
    Many kudos for Erin.
Also can I just say that the easyness in which some capture targets get completely head over heels for the designated FL is just... ridiculous?
Like? Hereeee, have sweets. Lemme tell you to just go have a nap?

... Just how shallow are these people?
As far as we've seen, the greater love story here are the servants (mainly the Maid) towards Eris.
Also the first time Eris tried to kill herself seems to have been throwing herself off the balcony shortly after she was transmigrated.

Omg the sheer magnificence of discovering more updates on the manwha!
(In the Spanish translation, at least).
I am still reading it, but can I just say... I didn't expect to care much about Anakin, but their first meeting is so effing fun lol.
Like she is running to not deal with the Crown Prince, right?
Well, a kid meets her in an alley, helps her escape the knights via what seems like a gang of children appearing suddenly to play in the street and be an obstacle for the knights.
The kid takes her to a house, and realizing she doesn't have money on her, she gives him her earrings and when someone bangs on the door, she hides in a closet.

Turns out the one banging the door wasn't a knight per se but Anakin, and he finds her in like 0.1 secs stat while she is distracted eye checking him as the typical side character lol
    -
OMG I did not expect to ship them. That was on me for not waiting till Anakin appeared.
Their first interaction is a delicious peek at suspicion and information exchanges...
HE GAVE HER HIS SHOES BECAUSE SHE YEETED HERS KILL MEEE.

Also she got a lead to an information guild and is trying to find the Methuen temple? I may have written that wrong.
    -
I love that the manwha made her wedding dress into a gorgeous purple and not just the generic ass white style.
    -
Y'all when she finishes testing the coronatiom dress she sees the priest fish in the distance, tries to run to catch him, trips, and falls FACE FIRST I should not have laughed this hard.

Ummm so he heals her with his divine power and she is trying to get him to tell her how he apparently noticed something weird with her, and apparently her soul has a colour no other soul in the world has.
... Which is not intended to be romantic but damn.
    -
Dang it I may as well be livevlogging my reading chaps 12-19.
    Oh well.
ANYHOW. Her soul is apparently a neon kinda purple and our MC is DESPERATE for him to tell her a way to go back, she is almost in full hysteria and then he drops the bomb that OG Eris' soul must have died for her to be drawn to their world (which we sorta knew, but oh well).
Ummm... do they call her Lydia in the Spanish ver for some reason?
Anyhow so basically he's telling her that to return to her og world her soul has to die which ehhh... grim, my dude. Wait. So. Lemme retreat and see if I get it.
He says that the og Eris soul died, and that is how she (Lydia?) was drawn into the world, so to return Lydia's soul has to die, that Eris' body was like an empty vessel so...

Are they theorizing that maybe there was an exchange of souls ala "Someone Possessed My Body"? Or does he mean that since her body was empty... give me some hours this is confusing.

"To go back to your world, the soul of the original body of Lydia has to die. But the soul of that body is here, in Eris' empty-vessel-like body. So there is no way to go back".

Someone else makes sense of this?
    -
He seems to be telling her that since there is no soul in her og body (because her soul is in Eris' body and Eris' soul is dead), there is no soul there to die and let her go back. So she should resign herself to live as Eris.
    -
As expected her reply is "No. I don't want to. I will return even if that means returning dead"
And the priest is going all like "Nooooo you gotta respect the life god gave youuu"

She sasses back "God? My life was a gift from my parents. Unless you were conceived by the Holy Spirit, so was yours. So, God Bless You." And leaves him there like that.

Ughh no please the trash is back.
Again grabbing Eris without her consent. This is quite the annoying trend. Stop grabbing people, you platinum haired balloon.
So apparently she is sorry for the prince hitting Eris. Cool. Did you have to grab her to say that?
MC is tired of this shit. And I am tired of the many names given to Helena. Like. Hi, Miss Anterbloom I guess?

Eris tells her it ain't her who has to apologize, tries to reclaim her hand, and Silver Pest clings to it.
Annoying, like. Let her goooo, but she then proceeds to clear up that she is guilty for just standing there and watching as the misunderstanding got Eris assaulted so nice I guess?
    End of chap 15.
    -
Eris points out that for supposedly being a maid, Helena is super clean and her hands are mega soft. Helena seems shooketh?
Okay so apparently it is because the "maid" title is bs.
All she does all day is be called by those who adore her to talk.
She doesn't do chores or shit like that at all. MC likens her to some people she met in Uni, who basically was nice and all, but so priviledged she didn't even notice that some things are, you know, an issue for others.

Eris then says that she hates people like Helena, aka people so priviledged they can just float as "pure af", doing that because there are others doing the dirty work for her.
In Helena's case, Eris points out that there's gotta be other servants doing double work on her behalf, for example.

Finally Eris frees herself, and just tells Helena again to leave her be.
    -
Next scene is the eponimous "let us tighten this corset" humour, with Eris thinking that Eris is thin even without a corset so she'll try to convince "him" to omit it.
Seems it is the day of the knighting ceremony. And the purple dress was for this ceremony?
Apparently Eris is Miss Miserian in the Spa ver.
And we see the pos prince again. Ughhh.
I wanna punch him. With a baseball bat full of spiked nails.

He has to escort her inside, so disgusted as she is by having to deal with him early in the day, she offers him her hand and the dunce just GRABS IT AND PULLS HER LIKE A MISBEHAVING CHILD KINDLY GO OFF A CLIFF U JERK.

She frees herself, is very truthfully and justifiably like "dude wtf" so he just. Grabs her again, princess-carry style now, which doesn't make things better for her or me tbh.

Okay so apparently the King emperor whatever told him to be nice to his fiancée for a change, and we are all like... why u acting like this is her fault? You are the one who hit her?
Some pannel has to be missing or smt because next chapter she got him to set her in her feet and is just holding his arm as form dictates.
He ditches her during the ceremony (as expected, tbh).
She walks away, done with the royal fam's shit, ends up finding some knight harassing another - since apparently one of the only ways to reinstate yourself in society are by knighthood or becoming a mage.
Ummm... apparently Helena will get reinstated as a noble and THEN be allowed ti marry the prince?

Anyhow, they cover the peasant knight wannabe so he doesn't get dirty as they hit him and they don't raise suspicions.
Turns out the knight is ANAKIN YES WE SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING.
Eris wants to help but worries that that would only make things worse the next time they get him (because she cannot be there always). Quite clever to catch that by the way. Also the fact that Anakin isn't keen on nobles and maybe he would just get angry at her, so even as their eyes meet, she ends up leaving.

Listen I see the romance flags and I'm living for them.
Also ignore the typos, it is late and my keyboard betrays me. Will always edit to fix them.
    -
Back at the knighthood ceremony, turns out that the oldest unchosen knights are in front, those are the ones who weren't chosen in past ceremonies, and will end up having to become mercenaries if unchosen.
The dude knight by Eris' side tells her to please choose someone, because it could save one of those knights wannabe, and she could simply dismiss him as her knight later, he would just end up as a normal knight if the dukedom.
She chooses Anakin as her knight.
    -
Okay so um. During the knighting ceremony, he tells her he doesn't have a name, and she thinks she is bad with names, so she ends up calling him Anakin after looking at his shoulder which uhhh... can we even accept as canon that he was named after the SW character?
    -
Okay so so, apparently she named him after the novel knight who loved Eris till the end which ummm... inception naming?

ANYHOW she has to say goodbye to the royals before being allowed to leave so she goes, the Emperor is the only one bothering to talk to her, she looks at the CP expecting him to ask for an annullment but he only drinks his wine in response so.
    -
As she leaves, she stumbles into the Silver Ballon and the Redheaded Moron, who is swearing his loyalty to her, to which both Eris and I are like. Ughhh coolios.

Okay so apparently the prince is also watching, and ehhh... one of them hasn't confessed under the pretense of the other friend also loving her? The SB I mean.

Anyhow it seems like Jason was playing some game by basically swearing his life to Helena while knowing both Eris and the Prince were watching.
Why are all these people so grabby.

Eris interrupts and fibs that Helena's mom was searching for her to avlod having to deal with a love triangle dispute.
The second both the Prince and Helena are away, redhead moron goes to touch her hair on her shoulder like there's no issue with that and I'm again like.
Can these people not keep their hands to themselves?
    -
OMG THIS IS THE SCENE. THIS IS IT!
HE IS BEING ALL HOT SHIT LIKE "I WAS THREATENING YOU" AND SHE IS LIKE "WELL THEN STAB ME NOW, YA DIPSHIT".

He chickens out, as expected, and drops his sword when she goes for it.
Then he is all like "who are you" while holding her wrists to keep her from the sword but by then she is done with him and states it clearly.
    -
Listen Stuff happens but the main thing is
    * Witch scares the beyeesus of both me and Eris by appearing in her hand mirror outta nowhere
    * Eris clarifies that what the peiest said that a soul in her og body has to die for her to go back, which is sorta impossible because her og body is currently empty
    * The witch mentions the law of Cause and Effect and we are getting worldbuilding I guess but basically that Eris has a mission she has to complete before being allowed to die by the universe and that mission is killing Helena.
    * There is also a mention that to get her to her og world more has to be sacrificed like a dragon's heart or something? Basically they are guessing and the witches will keep investigating.
    * Turns out Anakin has heard everything because our girl here just efding whispers his name and he opens the door of her bedroom as called.
    * They have an awesome convo the guist of which is: Anakin is quite unbothered by her being from other world, since his duty is to obey his master's orders. It is honestly an awesome interaction and I really want to see the Eng ver does with it.
    * She meets with Anakin's younger brother (the kid who helped her escape the knights) in a dessert store, and he tells her that he found the temple of Meteo, whatever that means, will provs have to reread to guess.
    And there ends chapter 20.

    Thank you for sharing! :blobnom:

Helena is alive? Well ....good for us, bad for her ...I think? Good for us as she will still have to deal with the dipsh*t prince and the 2 morons and at this time alone as her 'meat shield' Eris is no more, ...which is bad for her. :blobowoevil_horns:

Helena a witch? Erm, aren't witches considered very very rare? And isn't she coming from nobles so how can she have witch blood? But if it's true then maybe her witch abilities made her unconsciously charm others morons? Well... :hmm:

    quick question:
wait, so the 3 og MLs start falling for our MC or am i just mistaken? and Anakin is the true ML?
so how did those 3 fucks start falling for the MC? i can somewhat understand priest guy cause he knows she's a completely new person
what's og Eris' dad even doing during all of this? does he not care for his daughter? it's a well known fact about how she's being treated by the crown prince and the fucker is not even being reprimanded about it.

I kinda feel like this novel really emphasize the stereotype and all the cliches of typical historical romance novels.

    > A pure white heroine who supposedly never comitted a mistake (basically a mary sue), who have a bright cheerful look towards life and people around her making her to be the most loved characters who collect sympathy and love from everyone = in reality the heroine turns out to be a naive and ignorant character who can be considered to be pampered and spoiled by her special circumstances and supporting characters, unconciously cause a direct problem and pain towards the "villainous characters".

    > A righteous first male lead, with either omnipotent power or high position who can easily command many people or create situtations which will benefits the "Heroine" And won't hesitate to do anything for his supposedly true love = turns out to be an overbearing even maybe slightly psychotic or mentally unstable characters whose possessiveness is dangerous even towards the heroine it self. Their omnipotent power in reality is actually very dangerous as they could possibly abuse their authority for the sake of the heroine probably resulting in everything else get fked up because of his obsession.

    > The evil villains who will do anything to either clear their obstacle to get their obsession or make the "main leads" suffer even if they have to opt the most vicious methods = they're actually people who get sacrificed for the sake of the plot. They either got things robbed from them unfairly or have to face harsh humiliation or other unfair/painful circumstances which can turns them into a violent evil people but all the actions/crimes the villains unfairly received/experience got justified and cleared from karma or retribution in the public eyes because of the "pure love" between the "main leads". Basically they're the real victims who don't get any justice for their pain because the public is already too captivated or blinded by the beautiful story of " main leads" and see the villains as an eyesore to those beautiful stories instead.

    > Sub male leads whose beautiful devotion and affection towards the "heroine" often times considered to be praiseworthy. The silent protectors of heroine. = A free pass or pawn of the story to further advance the plot. Often times sacrificed for their weird and ridiculous obsession towards the heroine as they fall for her in first sight or just from a single sentence or because "there's no other woman like her" or some similar bs to the point where they won't hesitate to kill for heroine and even committ a crime or taboo for her that they look like they have no rationality left. Basically a mix of obsessive male lead traits + blinded public as they also see the villain as a nuisance because they're blinded by their "devotion" for the heroine.

Now what's interesting about this novel is while the main cast is cliche af and basically an emphasized corny stereotypes, there's some part of it that makes it different from the novel (at least from what i understand from the spoiler) which is 1. The MC come back to the real world willingly not forgetting her original goal 2. The transmigator (MC) understand how ridiculous her circumstances are and can not understand/accept why she should go through with it, contrary to how most transmigrator just magically adapt or can life comfortably in someone else body coveting everything which belongs to the original body 3. People actually noticed how the MC is a different person. The closest person to them realized they're not the same. It's not only male lead or some magical saint or seer who realized it 4. The real male lead is not some omnipotent male character but actually a commoner knight

Remember the slapping incident? He thinks she hurt Helena, that is why he was being all cockish like YEAAAAHHH SOOO, HURT MY CHICK AND I'LL KILL YOUUU
But she called his bluff and he chickened out. So she left him telling him that he should be ready to follow through when threatening someone.

And for all advantages this heroine has, you wonder why she has no agency at all. She got all the MLs fawning over her, the mother of the most powerful ML backing her, and almost everyone who feels for pretty girls with a tendency to cry. Like, what's not to love? Yet, for the epitome of everything good and gracious she is the most oblivious character and doesn't even know how to use the said control or power for the supposed good for everyone. Some people will argue, she doesn't KNOW! She's oblivious for! You said it yourself, ATrueStory! Yeah, she don'ts know, which is effing irritating considering this type of character is being constantly defended like a princess on an ivory tower. People who defend this, IMO, this reinforces the lack of agency for a character who could have taken steps. For somebody who is in the heart of a major political union, this supposed character walks into a political minefield and yes, doesn't give a shit as long as her supposed needs are met. And FU to all else. The kind of heroine which doesn't develop.

And yeah hell, she's a Mary Sue. The worst kind, in IMO.

Everybody loves a good Cinderella story. You know, the rags or riches type that some girls my age dream once.
    'Insert Heroine Fangirl Theater'
and why should the mean girl get the prince? The prince belongs to the most kindhearted girl ever! Doesn't matter if there are consequences, we all need a happy ever after. Are you telling me that that mean girl who had everything will have more everything and the poor poor heroine will won't have everything? That's not pretty at all."
    Remove Heroine Fanngirl Theater'

Damn, you're on point. The second ML who has to contend to respect the heroine's wishes coz she picked the one who have the higher title, status and wealth.
Yes, and if it developed properly and less time on the heroine and those MLs, I might actually enjoy this story. Less heroine and less screentime for her means we have more chance to explore the POV of the MC, which should be the point of this story. I hate that this title will go on because some people feel the POV of the heroine should be explored. For that, write (general)your own fanfic to satisfy your desire and leave us readers wh are actually are actually into his story and not some AU bullshit. We are promised the story of Eris, not Helena.\

Oh, that sub. The sub who is supposedly progressive and white knights every time a female character gets a tear or two. Then downplays the MC who supposed be epitome the modern concept of a woman with agency.
is she cool because she is a heroine? Oh, having an agency is not cool now? Color me surprised. My opinion is she is just a doormat. But hey, I guess that is a reinforcement of what that sub is.

So who judges on how much she will 'hated,' then?
Should I treat Helena with kid gloves in spite of my dislike of ignorant and oblivious characters?
Enlighten me then,. I guess if you are a woman, you'll never be hated for anything.

the comments say Helena was a witch before the start of the novel, and by changing the protagonist to Eris, she made herself no longer the protagonist, so she could live a new life
(not sure what this means tho...)
    Some other comment say
the reason why the main character we see is Eris is because Helena made it that way (?)

I see some people asking about Eris 's father, the Duke? I'm curious too. Please answer me???
Also, can anyone tell me if the piece of shit prince is being punched or beaten, or slapped, or something so that I can be pleased?
Yes. But the manhua "Beware of the Villainess" did the same, and it's so much better than this manhua.

I think we should ask some admins to remove some garbage posts back there.

Guys, can anyone tell that does the original Eris's father knew that his daughter isn't really there. 'Cause in the recent chapters it's quite of hinted through MC's pov that no father will not notice the sudden change in the habits, she also says in her monologue that 'why do it seems like he's talking to me not to Eris but me'.

Another isekai character is usually in the modern world his body has died, and there is no way he can return to the modern world when his body is dead. While Eris isn't dead, that's why she still wants to go back to her original body.
