I wonder why so many people are so used to the wanting of taking another life away. I’m pretty sure most everyone is afraid of death and wouldn’t actually kill anything or anyone for real, but reading stories and comments really make me think there are so many psychopaths around. That guy pissed me off, kill that bastard. That guy is such a scumbag, kill that bastard. What should I do if I got into a certain situation with some other person around? Let’s kill them first... Then what happens when MC decided to show mercy and not kill someone? Wow what a wuss, a beta, a pushover, coward, irritating, goody two shoes, just freaking kill someone already... So, why is that? When did the tendency to kill became common sense? The world is at peace when everyone’s dead.
Because Violence! Humans will pretty much use Violence to solve problems (just look at the history of mankind)
Killing is like NTR. We all hate both and yet... slowly... we become ok to it, and boi does that thought get scary...
Because cheap entertainment. Most people are easier to entertain with a killing game then with a story with a great plot. But in reality nobody of them can really point a weapon on someone.
obviously youve never seen swatting videos >.> people get killed in those like no joke... and its usually over them being good at video games (or atleast better than the person who swatted them)
More like contradiction between subconscious(emotional) and conscious thinking of an individual itself. One more on "ahhh, fakkk it" kind of judgement, while the other tend to lean on "what if......". Killing something in mind is lot, LOT easier than doing it in reality. Well, ppl don't go wanting to killing other using rational thinking right..? If you are able to do that w/o any kind of remorse or guilt, you might wanna book an appointment with nearest psychologist tbh...
Psychopaths don’t usually know that they are psychopaths themselves unless explicitly told by someone they trust. And killing to a psychopath is just one of the means to achieve their goal(s), much like a normal person who committed a first-degree murder, but without malice. All those situations which you stated, “being pissed off & wanting to kill that person” are pretty normal actually. If you haven’t experienced that, either you have a very good temperament, or everything around you are rainbows and butterflies.
Because it's just fiction? This remind me of recently news where people accuse violence in video game making people violence in RL.
No. People are happy to have an MC who can show mercy. But people are not happy with an MC who doesn't know who/when to show mercy. People are cool with an MC who retreats cuz he should, but not with an MC who retreats cuz he is scared. We want an MC who can inspire us. Not a version of us. No, not in these stories. As for beta and all...we appreciate a couple banging within 100 days of meeting each other.
The accusers have been around for a while, and both sides of the debate have a valid point. So, the status quo will continue.
nah that just saying mostly NATO nah another usual critique~ these day everyone can become criticizer you only need to talk after all~ when given chance to do it~ meh same or worse~ laughable saying something and doing it are 2 different thing when it become common sense? when da society and or da individual accept it as common sense pretty simple
