    Hi, I am actually looking for novels that have a mix of elements that is mainly
    1) Kingdom Building
    2) Improving Technology / improvements if any in the that Empire( he rules )
    3) Wars( not completely necessary )
    4) If you add a system to the mix ( even better ) but works without it too)
    5) Has at least some romance /has a harem

    I have already read: -
    Hail the King
    I'm The King of Technology
    The World Online
    The Tale of The Reincarnated Lord
    City of Sin
    World Domination System
    The Human Emperor
    Science and Technology Library
    The Otherworld Nation Founding Chronicles
    Mediterranean Hegemon of Ancient Greece

    Just looking for more from this genre of Kingdom Building

    Already this one another great novel .

    Read it too till the point the point where it is .

    The Lord's Empire is the only other kingdom building novel that I know aside from the ones you stated in your post.

    MC has a harem, but all he uses them for is the phoenix statue that will empower his empire or whatever.

    The Empress’s Gigolo
    No harem, but decent amount of romance between MC and Empress, lots of war, some tech development, and no system.

    Mediterranean Hegemon of Ancient Greece
    Lots of kingdom building, decent amount of tech developments, yes harem and polygamic but very little romance, most of the story is pure kingdom building and wars. No System.

    Overgeared
    Has harem, some romance, some kingdom building, has a system but it isn't unique to MC. Mainly leveling and adventuring.

    The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich
    Has harem, some romance, some kingdom building, MC has a system. Has tech improvements but its not because of MC.

    Lords Empire is great but there is too much amount of irony ( in the sense that he saves someone saying no rape but then just does that same thing to his own brother's wife or something like that) I don't remember so I just dropped it after that

    But Overgeared harem isn't confirmed harem right I am not updates to the latest chapters yet so not much idea .

    Though I have mentioned that I wish that the story have some romance What I intended to say was that in the novels they add these female characters who love the MC but always the MC is a blockhead so no appreciation of feelings. I just want to say it should be either a direct rejection or acceptance instead keeping us hanging so is Lord of The Oasis like that ?

    World Apocalypse I am reading currently and well when you say BL you mean BoyLove or something else? if it is what I understand then I am fine with the first one thanks for there commendation I don't read BL much as the story elements don't fit my tastes but neverthless thank you for your suggestion
