I read a lot of historical novels and a solid number of these are kingdom building novels. The best ones though aren't translated so you'd have to read the good stuff in Chinese. Oh, and I found that the word "Realist" in the title tells us that the book is going to be a real stinker. If you're willing to read untranslated novels, 回到古代当匠神 does much the same thing except it's a much better book. 重生之大科学家 and 步步生莲 are also good in different ways.
I only read mtls froms wnmtl.org. They have atleast readble mtl translations and my brain short circuits reading from usual MTL sites. I have lodged a request for the translation of this novel on wnmtl.org. If the admins add it then I'll give it a try. Thanks.
