    Unless someone who read the raws and can prove me wrong..
    He's a classic (slightly improved yet still not that different) JP MC. if you expect actual romance then you can go cry in a black hole. (not an insult. a statement)

    Nah. Can't concentrate on using magic to keep it up, and using it as well. Men have a one track mind after all.

    I dropped this novel a while ago actually. I'm assuming all the girls are lolis?

    do you read JP novels? yes? have you noticed that about 90% of them build up romance and/or harem. yet nothing happens? that's the standard for some reason. the reason why I don't trust romance or harem tags on JP novels. it's all pseudo shit

    I heard about the ending from someone who read japanese : without spoiling anything, I could say that I dropped this novel, it's just massively disapointing, even without talking about romance.

    And about romance, forget about it, there's nothing here, it's completely absent from the MC point of view, even if you take usual Japanese novel as a standard. Maybe it will be different in the light novel version...

    All loli....meh.

    And not all JP romance/harem is bad. Chrome Shelled Regios, Rakudan Kishi Rakuin no monshou all have characters where the guy actually chooses a girl. There are plenty of novels where the romance is good.

    It's just that....most translators tend to select the stereotypical harem novels. :cool:
