If I got it correctly from my meager understanding of Korean, he has a twin sister or an elder sister who died early (either from a disease or was killed I don't remember). His mom turned a bit cray and so to appease his mom for her lost daughter he dressed as a girl... or was forced by his mom to crossdress. Note that when he first tried to introduce himself to Lippe he actually was about to say his real name, then changed it to his sister's name. Lippe knows he's a trap from the start tho.

P.s to describe the scene that was happening at the captured scene above, it was a child that lost his twin sister due to some accident. For some reasons, the family (mother) has decided to dress him up as a woman and live his late sister’s life, telling others that the one who passed away is the male twin. The MC knew that the girl (ML) was in fact a boy; and that the boy will grow up into a notorious murderer because of the poor living condition since his childhood. In order to prevent the boy from turning into a murderer, MC befriended him at her first tea party and shielded him from other’s mocking statements. Thus the ML fell for her and became slightly possessive(?). The first brother came late to the party and saw that the MC had become friend with the ML and thought that it was fine since the ML was still crossdressing at that time, but he felt something weird (like his sixth sense that told hime ML touching MC was wrong) . Anyway, I didn’t know that the boy will become ML since I haven’t read that far yet, but since you guys told me that the white haired guy is the crossdressing guy then I guess he’s the main lead

I think someone was talking about the possibility of him being the 2nd or 3rd ML (which I don't think so), not him being the ML. From the illustrations I've been seeing and based off the similar, rebirth story tropes I've read, the ML who has Silver/White hair and Blue eyes is most likely a prince or someone from royalty.
