Could you advise me a laptop with this kind of features :

    - Thin and light
    - Not Apple (I have trouble with this operating system) -> If there's a Apple who can Implement majority of this criterias, I can try to reason with myself. TT
    - Good memory
    - Good graphics card
    - Who can support games without lags (Edit : I won't hope for games like Elder Scrolls and all, just little games on Steam or Minecraft)
    - Built-in CD player (Edit : But if it's a contradiction, forget it)
    - Good battery (Edit : at least something acceptable)
    - Not too expensive (short... good value)

I absolutely don't know what to choose in this area. Thank you in advance for your answers. :)

if you want all that i would recommend getting a pc, because you can build a pc for half the price of a laptop with all those features. Also you arent really going to find a thin and light laptop with a built in cd player.
Though you can try laptops by Acer as they are a rather a cheaper brand with decent laptops. Aside from that Alienware is the most popular gaming laptop, but i wouldn't recommend.

Good Graphics card on a laptop while not being expensive is a conflict in laptops. What exactly is your budget?
Also good time to find one that might be on sale for after christmas sales.

Good hardware: Dell; Lenovo; Panasonic(military version)
    Thin: Acer; Asus
    Cheap: Acer; Lenovo
dunno bout other, but that was my opinion tho. Dell's Alienware, MSI and other gaming laptop have a bulk size and also quite expensive :(

well if you want a decent cheap student laptop i suggest you get an actually decent one with decent promo

fyi : really high fps games with high resolution => i7 core
overplayed games like LoL: i5 core
    rest: i3 core
good battery => illusion stop dreaming about it without spending at least 1200 €.
thin and light and a built-in cd player are contradicting eachother choose one...

my laptop is an asus x550l i5 core cd player 8 gb mem and a nvidia geforce 820 1hr hardcore gaming battery +-4 hrs doing normal stuff like surfing on the web
its 2 years old and it was 700€ back then im pretty sure there are better versions now which are as cheap as mine

good battery ?? remove your battery when u turn it on when u got your battery fully charged + plugged in

i guess u better buy really nice expensive laptop that have c-usb so u can use pc graphic card

I'll say one thing, stay away from HPs. Not unless you want to cook your genitalia.

I had an ACER for a while, and that was really decent machine. More than saying good value, you should probably provide your budget.

https://slickdeals.net/f/9488523-de...5-6300hq-256gb-ssd-gtx-960m-660-free-shipping is a decent deal (was a better one earlier, but you're 2 weeks late for the good laptop deals)

Basically your critera has a lot of contradictions. You can't have a thin and light laptop with a decent graphics card or cd/dvd drive, simply because of how bulky a cd drive needs to be and how much extra cooling a good graphics card (as well as CPU) needs so it doesn't cause your laptop to burn you.

EDIT: Then again, if you're not into AAA gaming, and only wants to play simple indie stream games, you don't really need a graphics card.

As for me, I'm currently sitting on a Lenovo Y410p, and it's more than enough for my moderate gaming needs. In general, the Lenovo ideapad Y series has a pretty good price/performance ration, but it's slightly heavy. I have a surface pro 4 i use for travelling and most of my programming work. I'm actually planning on building a desktop soon to replace my Y410p since it is starting to show signs of aging.

Which do you prioritize? Mobility and battery life or gaming ability?

Here's what I think is a decent compromise between the two:
    • ~15" (non-touchscreen if possible), 17" is not very portable, 13" is about the smallest I would go.
    • i5 proceessor (I don't know shit about AMD ones, so I can't comment there)
    • 4GB of RAM minimum (6GB+ for more wiggle room)
    • SSD (or get one with a HDD and then upgrade the SSD yourself. It's stupidly easy on most computers. Google your device first to see if someone posted a YouTube video of it. Beware of laptop models that solder in the hard drive!)

I went for an acer laptop 2 years ago. Its on the thin side, lighweight, plays my games (did well on witcher 3) and allows me to do my work. Dunno what you mean by cheap but i bought mine for $900 with a coupon.
