Sorry, don't really see it. The closest I can think of for a theme song for Death Mage is "Fighter" by Christina Aguilera, but it's really only the chorus that fits.



EDIT: So, if anyone could get a song with the same general theme, except more wrathful toward the tormentor, that would be a perfect fit.

 

Can't really listen to music but of course the most Vandalieu music I can think of is "Carol of the Old Ones"

Well, seems that's the end of the arc.

Unclear what happened to Rokudou. Hiroto, Narumi and most of the mentally healthy Bravers are going to stay on Origin to help the world sorts itself out. Mari (Metamorph) and Ulrica (Echo) are going to use Van's little reincarnation system to give them bodies suitable for Lambda and stay there. Mei, Hiroshi and others are going to stay in Van's inner world for now but Van will try allow them to meet once a month and will return the kids to their parents once things have stabilized. Now that he's become a god of Origin, it's easier for Van to move between worlds.

PS I was expecting Hiroshi to comment on Van's size/height when they met... and lo and behold! heh.

You shouldn't just go up and grab Van's tongue out of his mouth the first time you see him Mei! Mei has a wiggly bits problem.

Welp, sounds like Alt!America is going to have a giant cold war with Alt!China and Alt!Russia in the fallout of this whole Rikudou / Death magic thing. So time to run away!

All the death mages, plus Mei and Hiroshi and Narumi (and also Ulrica because ) move to Van's "off limits" inner world. It also turns out the pod was a mini-reincarnation device where Van uses death magic to temporarily remove the soul, then remodel the body with Flesh-chans, spirit gold and whatnot to be able to function okay on Lambda / in Van's inner worlds. This may also mean Van has a secret army of death mages he can summon whenever he wants. Also Van will come by Origin once a month for visits between Amemiya and the family.

Also heck yeah, the "Bravers" are reborn through Joseph and co as the "Brave Warriors"! Even if there's no God or Buddha, there's Masked Druid!

Anyway, Origin arc is over. Amemiya's going to try to fix Origin up, Mei and co. are living abroad (on another planet (inside Van)), and no new chapter till June 3rd! At which point we may or may not find out what will happen to Avalon.

 

isn't narumi also stay in origin ? the only one who moves to lambda using "flesh-chan" is Mari and Ulrika as far i get it (might be wrong) and other experiments body and undead of course move to lambda to avoid another 8 guidance tragedy again.

somehow this make me remember a certain idiot group who refuse to move on in life and stay in afterlife to make ruckus and troubling cute angel there

I wasn't talking about van fighting either. Christina Agulera's "Fighter" is not about fighting in the literal sense, it's about someone who is tormented, betrayed, back-stabbed, and hard-done by life getting back up stronger, better, more confident, and driven to take on the world no matter what it throws at them. Sounds like Van to me.

Again, the only problem is that the persona voice in "Fighter" thanks their tormentor for making them stronger, but Van just sneers at his tormentor and gives them the most gruesome death he can manage.
