I still personally think a Hiroto vs Heinz match up would be the best thing ever. Van is too far above Heinz now for that to be reasonable match and for a lot of the story Hiroto was basically the origin Heinz. Except that unlike Heinz he developed and moved past his stumbling blocks while Heinz has basically floundered in shallow water for over a decade.

 

For that to go well he would need enough training from van to boost him from B rank to S rank. For van that might be possible but why should he go through the trouble and on top he would have to find a replacement for him in origin for the time spent training and fighting.

 

I still honestly think Zombie Maker is a little less useful than Destruction Guider. Look at the job explanation

【Zombie Maker】

A Job for those who create Zombies from corpses. It is a Job with the effect of drastically reducing the time and Mana required to create Undead, including Zombies (but especially Zombies).

The bonuses provided to Attribute Values is slight, but the Job makes the creation of large quantities of Zombies possible. But Vandalieu has always been capable of creating Zombies without taking any time, and he has always possessed a vast amount of Mana.

The increase in Atributte Values is slight (includes mana and vitality) and it's only singular advantage is to spend less time and mana to create zombies, something Van is already capable, kind of irrelevant effect.

Even Destruction Guider, despite no increase in atributte values, does increase Van combat skills (and play a role in his Transcend Limits awakening) and his guidance works incrediblely for assasins mentally damaged, very usefull when Van entered Orbaum Capital.

Nothing can be done now, still, I can't help but conclude Zombie Maker was an out. Van could have chosen another job and both skills&atributte valies would have been higher by now.

 

Drag Heinz out of Lambda and remove Bellwood from him in the process. Without the system assist and no way to call even a regular familiar spirit it becomes a way closer match up. Hiroto would still need to be trained but not as much and I still think they’d have a much more interesting clash of ideals than a curb stomp of Van on Heinz and his dull blades.

Yes the clash of ideals would be very interesting but if you are able to drag Heinz out of lambda you could also drop him in outer space and wait for him to pop like the balloon he is.
What I want to say is, the clash/debate between the two would be very interesting but I don't see reasonable situation for it to happen.

 

Well I mean Van has an easy gateway from Lambda to Origin to use. And yes I know the chance of it happening is zero.

 

Now that you mention it, van should become God of earth and drop Heinz there, let's see how well he does in a highly advanced world without magic and no gods to help him.

Most interesting parts of the chapter to me are that Pauvina has Luves’ blessing now. Also Gufadgarn has Van’s as well as being influenced read tempted to have a kid with Van following Tiamat and Diana’s example.

 

One of their children is a monstrous dragon, another is a normal human, the next will be a monster colossus, and the next could be a insect monster or an apparently normal elf.

Luvez was already coming, although more than the blessing of the god Luvez should be loyalty or fear. I find it surprising that they give the name of the young gentleman who is a fan of Pauvina, even more so that his name is Reinhard, the only thing I can imagine is a young version of the Reinhart from overwatch

and thinking about it the best thing that can happen to him is to end up like this, because it turns out that the bands are on the right track and he ends up with Pauvina who will need strength and size, for obvious reasons.

The scariest thing is not even the appearance, it is that we are talking about the son of the goddess of harassment, obsession and cheating, with a mutant demigod who has the power to become almost invisible, manipulate people's minds and with a history of overprotection (close to fanaticism) that can lead to genocide, this could be the birth of the god of the yandere / danderes. ps: I know that dandere and yandere are not the same, but that Gudfa and Van fall a little in the dandere category.

An ending where Van spent the rest of his life happily with his family and his harem---
And of course when Darcia included as one of his harem member...
But...it's up to Densuke to make it happen or not.
All we can do is wait and hope for the best outcome..

 

Vol 14 character sheet interesting tidbits:
-Van is now 13
-Van is trying to get the honor student position for Elizabeth's team in opposition to Alex, who also wants to graduate with honors, for the sake of Elizabeth and her team's growth (shoot for being the best and all that), not because Alex saw part of Van's status sheet with his appraisal eyes. Honestly, the only thing that really gives him any bad impression about Alex is the fact he dismissed Elizabeth when she was trying to join or ally with his team before Van showed up (guess the "is Alex stalking Pauvina?" thing has been suitably resolved in Van's mind by this point.)
-Even though he stopped targeting the Five Colored Blades after Guduranis's revival so he could focus everything on the old Demon King, Van actually did have a fair amount of leeway in the Guduranis fight in the end. Of course, if Guduranis had a complete body and soul, it would have been the other way around, but ever since the [True Demon King] started eating pieces of him, that was never going to be case.
-It's basically impossible for Van and Heinz to reconcile over Heinz's claim Van will be taken over by Guduranis. Van has no way to prove he's not not himself to someone who doesn't want to believe him, and Van personally doesn't feel a strong need to prove anything to the man who kidnapped his mother, sold her to a fanatic who burned her alive, and left him to die of starvation. He'd rather just kill Heinz.
-Van's reasons for not wanting to be a god has less to do with the attention (he still has a luxury fixation and is an emperor) and more with wanting to be considered a regular person rather than a god above others.

-Pauvina still just sees Luvesfol the dragon god as her pet Luves... though she does at least think since he's so much bigger and dragon-ier now she can't go walking around town with him.
-She got a [Dragon User] job on top of her previous [Wyvern User] job
-She got a [Dragon Princess] title and job (title in Japanese, job in english).
-She got [Luvesfol's Divine Protection]
-She got the awakened skill [Dragon Princess Armor Technique]

-3 years now since Darcia's resurrection
-Darcia can summon Vida into herself for much longer than Heinz can summon Bellwood because: a) her ridiculous rebuilt body can handle way more strain than even a trained human like Heinz. b) her soul is completely matched with Vida's thanks to their training together in the months leading up to her resurrection.

-Eisen is a Skogsrå Great Empress now. (poor Zadiris...)
-She's also Level 99, so she's about to become something else (stop status system, Zadiris can only take so much! )

-Isla was slightly disappointed, much like Elenora, the god she used to worship (Hihiryushukaka) was actually a subordinate of Guduranis, who went around covered in noses firing snot tornados around in that last battle.
-Isla is Level 100, but still hasn't ranked up to rank 14 from her current [Vampire Chain High Lord Zombie].
-Densuke asks if it's just a condition hasn't been met, or the God of Ranks is saying "No, it's not yet time for that." (god of ranks has an actual ego and is a neet trapped in the status system divine realm theory, )

-Elenora has developed a following among certain nobles in the Orbaume capital as a side-effect of her using her [Mystic Eyes of Charming] to force them to evacuate into Sam during the Avalon/Guduranis battle.
-Elenora didn't get as big an exp boost in that last battle as Isla due to her evacuating people with Sam while monsters were attacking rather than fighting monsters to protect the king and his cabinet like Isla was.
-Elenora's last two jobs are [Transformation Sword Princess] and [Magic Sword Princess]
-Her current race is [Abyss Noble-born Vampire Princess Knight] ([Vampire Princess Knight] for short)

-Bellmond is a [Abyss Noble-born Vampire Emperor Butler]
-Isla, Elenora and Bellmond actually all got a [Vida's Divine Protection]. Good on you you weirdo masochists!

-Gufadgarn was always behind Van this entire arc, even at school. Since her entire focus is usually on Van though, people like Randolf or Merolis only noticed her when she was doing something for him. Despite her odd fixations she is in fact quite capable.
-Gufadgarn wants to have Van's child too, though is worried it would cut into her following Van around time. She's at very least not going to bring it up till Heinz is dead, or Van expresses interest.
-Gufadgarn's race has also gone from [Evil God's Vessel] to [Great Evil God's Vessel]. Guess she got an upgrade.
-Gufadgarn got a [Behind the Scene's Evil God] title.
-Gufadgarn has obtained singing and dancing skills. Guess Kanako got to her.

-Silky literally has Resident Evil puzzles inside of her. Silky is the Spencer Mansion!
-Van and Silky play real life Resident Evil (only the undead make tea instead of attacking) a lot, with Van trying to explore the hidden depths of the mansion now and then for fun.
-Silky trapped uncooperative nobles in cabinets and dressers, or held them down with ivy and other plants, during the evacuation
-Silky has become a psuedo hotel for Van's friends and family once the rebuilding began. Just A Mouse and their friends who were used for mapping out Orbaume castle have also taken up residence there. They are very clean and have their own little boxes.
-Silky has been attempting recently to fly. It is making the mansion creek quite a bit.

-Legion was rather happy to see Avalon, the one behind a lot of the crap in their lives after Van saved them back on Origin, die in front of their eyes.

-Randolf's favorite instrument is the drums.
-It's basically a foregone conclusion at this point that Randolf will be guided by both Van and Miriam.
-The sword he's using now is made from one of Van's [Demon King's Bones].

-Merolis is offput by the fact an emperor / [Savior] / [Demon King Slayer] still wants to go to her school. What exactly do you teach at an adventurer training school to a hero who's already saved the entire kingdom?
-Merolis has not actually met Kanako in person yet.

-Tamer guild master Orlock didn't actually end up having to retire for giving out all those licenses to all the Vidal members as "tamed monsters" during the Avalon/Guduranis fight, both due to Van giving him his support and the Alda temple suddenly going silent after the fight
-Orlock is seriously considering just ignoring all his guild master responsibilities and running around checking out all the cool new monsters from Vidal though.

-Pauvina's "knight", Reinhard, is a C-class level adventurer after some spartan training with Van and Pauvina. (see Alda, not all innovation is a bad thing. Even a child can be trained to take on rank 4-5 monsters with the proper training regime)
-Reinhard's last job was [Princess's Swordsman].
-Reinhard also got [Luvesfol's Divine Protection].

 

At this point I've seen enough authors make that claim enough times, I've become immune to it. Just file it under dank memes. Try not to be too surprised, when it turns out this final arc is split into two, three arcs and spans at least one hundred chapters.

I always assumed that was the source of the princess curse, and it is not just ranks after 100 millennia

But then she would have a little Van to watch, and be watched by...

 

I am expecting there to be a bunch side stories... Maybe after story like with Arifureta?

 

Just for anyone that's wondering: the joke here with this title is that it sounds like a euphemism (in Japanese) but it's literally correct as she is lurking behind Van's back... for real
