What I am essentially looking for is BL, where the MC is lazy or sick (health-wise or mental-wise) in a sense like the kind alike Qingge or Beloved Marriage in a High Society. I don't like angst, and I prefer it to be fluff. I would like the mc and ml to get together fast, kinf like love at first sight type of novels . I am looking for a slice of life with a coat where the mc isn't being a hypocrite all the time and indecisive. I also like arranged marriages too. I would prefer full translated but if not the mtl to be at least readable.
