Recommendations Leader MC

I'm looking for a novel with intelligent MC who leads his/her team/organization with "not irrelevant" underlings characters.
things like :
Elf Tensei Kara no Cheat Kenkoku-ki
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (WN)" is what i'm looking for, before the whole tournament arc.
The current translated chapters of Douluo Dalu.
Genjitsushugisha no Oukokukaizouki.
and Bandit, Be Ambitious! To Accomplish Kingdom Revival!.

AMMM:AGMC might be to your liking, with a female lead (though the romance will be strong in later chapters in this one)
TDG, ZTJ and World Teacher can also fit to some extent... the MCs do "guide" their companions to get stronger and such.
Also, Bocchi Tenseiki, MC kinda plans to make his own kingdom. Talking about that, there's Goblin Kingdom that follows the same kind of plot (kinda similar to Re:Monster)

If being a party leader (leader of his group) is enough, then I'd suggest World Teacher and Sevens. Although a lot of series would fulfill the generic "MC as leader of friends/companions/servants/slaves," it becomes a plot point in Sevens (his ability to lead, that is). In World Teacher, it's more about connections (down the road, in the untranslated chapters).

 

Also, Vamp! is sort of about a leader, he's in charge of/responsible for the island.

It's been a long time since World Teacher and Bocchi Tenseiki updated, and whether it was because of the story or the translation i'm already out of hype. Also, DARNNIT WHEN WILL Re:Monster UPDATES !!!??? TT____TT
A review about TDG about the MC and his romance scares me.... so, i'm going to start with AMMM:AGMC, ZTJ and then Goblin Kingdom.

I heard the translator dropped it because of racism....
i'll still read it when i have the time though.

 

I believe the new translator has begun "Censoring" the novel because of racism and discrimination against foreigners and women.

Re:Monster has over 330 Chapters and there are being translated more i believe.
TDG: Romance is a bit scary, but look at it this way, he has spendt over a million years in solitude, and the only thing he lives for (now) is this girl so ofc. he wants her. He just teases her, i believe he will respect her if he goes to far.
