Don't know why. I just like them. Got any recommendations Would like to thank you guys for your suggestion. Was wondering if I should keep this post here for others who like this genre or just resolve it
If you're fine with RRL you could try The Legend of Randidly Ghosthound or The New World (the former inspired the later)
Here's a few English Origionals I can recommend. Otherwise I would only recommend Night Ranger or the Level System Tag, both of which have already been recommended. The Defective Hermit. The world goes to hell in a handbasket, and a cranky old man who doesn't like people due to being screwed over one too many times ends up accidentally becoming a king due to winning the lottery shortly before the world ends. Funny, with extremely long chapters. The levelling system is... inconsistent and not paid much attention to, but it is there, even in the first chapter. Clockwork. The MC's sister is crippled, MC himself is convicted of a crime didn't commit, and both of them enter a VRMMO world as a replacement for his prison sentence. Watch as he rebuilds this world from the ground up, quite literally, sometimes. Name comes from the MC's chosen race, Clockwork, a race of living robots, because he wanted to be as far away from being Human as possible. Slime Tamer Chronicles. By the same writer as Clockwork. MC starts this story as a male in the normal world, if one with VRMMO's & true AI's being commonplace. He beats his father to death due to being an abusive drunkard, wires his father's money to his estranged mother, and goes for a walk before being run over by Truck-san. He meets God and the Devil, and gets turned into a 5 Year Old Girl with a trade-off power, loss of Physical Growth for additional Magical Power. Then she gets placed into a new world. Specifically, a VRMMO World seemingly connected to her previous world, complete with arrogant Player's who think that they have the right to do whatever they want as "it's only a game". My Blind Familiar, The Ash Golem. Last one by this author, the same one as Clockwork again. The levelling system in this story is... interesting and varied. A person has specific stats, each of which have levels. In addition to that, said person has a specific level, based on what their stats are like. However, due to the limitations of the human body, an unaugmented Human has a limit on how far they can advance. So how do Humans augment themselves? By summoning Familiars and binding them to each other. Doing so magically binds the Human and Summon together, causing them to each be able to benefit each other's growth. In addition, Familiars can explode in order to evolve into a stronger existence, facilitating their growth and allowing the Human to grow faster too. As for what the familiars get out of this, well, their summoners can directly augment the spells they generate, allowing them to become stronger, cheaper, longer lasting or even a completely better spell based on the spell that was being formed. Insania Online. Fairly typical VRMMO Story. VRMMO comes out, guy gets it, becomes powerful & famous. What sets it apart is the Humour. It's hilarious, and well written. The MC basically cracks a good joke or breaks the fourth wall in humorous ways a few times each chapter, when he isn't getting distracted for no good reason on a stray thought. Originstory The VRMMO: The Advent of Axebear. Again, fairly typical VRMMO Story. New VRMMO comes out, MC plays it, becomes a powerful & famous character. What sets this one apart is a few things. Firstly, this VRMMO is less of an "Isekai in disguise" (that is, another world full of NPC's who act and react like humans, despite the world supposedly not having anything like a real AI) and more of what an actual VRMMO would be like. Secondly, not only are there are other VRMMO's out there, but many of the players are veterans of them and this one's just another option for them to play for fun. Third, while the MC is our view into the video game world, every decision she makes (and yes, she's a she in both the game and reality) is based on what she finds fun or amusing, not on becoming powerful.
Reincarnator (It's under hiatus, but it's good) Infinite Competitve Dungeon Society Dungeon Hunter Everyone Else is a Returnee King of the Battlefield
I tried Dungeon Seeker and Amber Sword a while back and couldn't keep reading. Amber Sword: card games just weren't my thing and it was hard to go past it
Illimitable Until Death MC dies and gets another chance in a dimension similar to that of Terror Infinity. He has a 'flaw' in his personality since he was little where he doesn't feel anything towards 'death'. So MC is truly fearless in battles. You should check out the first few chapters to understand the story better.
