Request LF an MMO to play with some friends

Greetings! It dosen't have to be new and could be something really old but still bring loads of fun...
I couldn't help but reminiss and miss the feeling of befriending people, going on all kinds of adventures and the long journey from level 1 to wherever one reaches... I was looking at the world of warcraft cause of the free weekend event last weekend where blizzard let their old subscribers bring back their old characters and just play... I do miss and hope to look for another mmo to once again go on some grand adventure with friends

Ps:I played Wow back when the lvl cap was 60ish... I feel a bit old hahaha

 

There's always FFXIV if you're willing to pay the monthly fee.
There's plenty mmo for mobile too.

 

I think Black Dessert Online is popular right now and Rift is a decent free one.

 

I've recently gone back to tree of saviour and been having fun at the mindless grind.

If you're playing with friends, then congratulations! Pretty much any MMO should be fun. I do recommend a game with a subscription or pay-once model because there will be less spam and more players who are adult (mentally). If you have friends to play with, Project Gorgon has a good amount of silliness along with enough challenge that you'll need friends to challenge dungeons.

Try out Mabinogi) I had really much fun when playing it, sadly the game isn't as lively as before but it stil has its cozy touch and is still being updated

Imma add myself to who else suggested FFXIV, if you're willing to pay the sub (imo it's 200% worth it): the storyline is beautiful (Heavensward best expansion!), the Duty Finder makes it so that even if you're a new player, you'll never be left without a party to clear the old content (especially now that they've added the 8 men raids to the duty roulette) and the maps are gorgeous. The community is generally quite nice (you can still meet some a-hole, especially in pugs, but that's to be expected and at least in the hours I play it, it didn't happen too often). Moreover, the armory system is awesome and you can have all the classes on a single character. Hooray!

Another game I liked quite a bit, which is free, is Aion (if only for the flight mechanics), but at least the server I play on, doesn't have a strong community, so, until you reach the endgame you're on your own (and if you're going to play with your friends, I suggest doing your best to level together, cuz the bigger the level disparity, the harder it is to enjoy the game together)
