As the title says I'm looking for novels with game elements. But I'd like for there to be lots of description on the skills and stats! I don't know why but I always enjoy reading the descriptions of skills, appraisals, stats or things like that. It's always fun for me.
You could have just used the tag search, as what you are looking for isn't particularly unique or hard to find, but let me throw a couple of titles with stat-porn at you anyway: -Death March: Lots of stats and skill-comboes. -Dungeon Hunter: Mostly skill and equipment based system. -Everyone Else is a Returnee: Lots of stat-porn, also a lot of equipment-stats and skills. -I Reincarnated For Nothing: It doesn't have that much stat-porn, but still enough to qualify. -I Was a Sword When I Reincarnated: Lots of skill-synergies and skill-stealing. -Kono Sekai ga Game da to, Ore dake ga Shitte Iru: There is some skill-porn, but it's mostly about a gamer exploiting a bugged game came to life. -Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka?: Skill-porn up the wazoo at the beginning, later falls off a bit. -Re:Monster: The story gets really bad after a while, but if you are looking for stat-porn, you will find it here. -Slave Harem: This story is *only* stat porn. The actual dungeon-grinding parts are literally like reading a combat-log in an infinity-engine CRPG. -Slime Tensei: Tons of stat porn whenever the characters evolve, which happens a lot. -Death Mage: It's like Slime Tensei, but somehow with even more stat-porn thanks to the job system and there being even more characters. -The Experimental Log of the Crazy Lich: It's mostly about skills, though it's not as in-your-face as the others on this list. That's about all the titles on my reading list that fit your criteria.
