Hmm, idk about the novel but usually you can just check on novel status (completed), (hiatus) or whatevs. And you can check for the raw in coo. Usually if it's jp novel you can find it in narou
Heavy Object is created by the same author of the To Aru index/railgun/accelerator series. Probably just busy.
@CaRL Heavy Object Volume 18 is due for release on Sept 10 this year (the last vol was released Oct last year). Kamachi releases about 1 volume every 10 months or so. remember, Kamachi writes multiple series at once (at last count, 4 LN series + 2 manga) so releases wont be quick between volumes.
