Looking for Work Looking for a Chinese Danmei novel to translate

I'm just starting out as a translator would like to be able to try translating. I'll be using the help of MTL and would like a recommendation of a Chinese Danmei novel to translate.

I'd prefer if the novels were:
-100 chapters or less
- Novels with less difficult terms
- No smut (maybe some fluff?)
-Not being translate by others currently

I have tried looking back at bl novels that I mtl before.
Less than 100 chapter criteria is very rare to find. Almost all novel I found have more than 100 chapters. The easy term and fluff with happy ending novel are all picked up by the other.

I will try looking for more.

Or, maybe you could translate a modern story arc from a fast transmigration/system novel? That should be relatively easier and shorter than translating an entire novel.

I, personally, also MTL a few titles and it helps a lot because sometimes MTL is just not adequate and so we have people who will help you figure out what something means.

81 chapters, fluffy, no smut. Or else find @alexfilia somewhere and take a look at her signature. She has a ton of untranslated BL novels in her signature and links to the spoiler threads--from there you can read to see if you like the sound of the story and go to the raws to see how many chapters.

Hi, I wished to know if you have a basic understand of chinese characters? Are you able to translate a chapter without relying much on MTL?

 

I have a basic understanding but it doesn't go too in depth. I still rely on MTL for a lot of help.
