So I saw an update for a manga recently I wanted to read it but forgot to bookmark and don't remember name. The story is around a girl called Poemu who is a little delinquentish and always getting scolded by a student council president (disciplinary committee head?) Guy for everything from being late to wearing short skirt. So in the 3 something chapters that are there in the manga one is where he scolds her for getting late and also for short skirt they later study together in the extra studies time after school. The girl is good with math but the guy sucks at it and she helps him out. In another chapter she is with friends at a local cafe but student council president reprimand her for something and later friend secretly tease her about her 'boyfriend'. And as she gets escorted home she finds out the guy is actually living just across her house and the only reason she never saw him before is because he is the one responsible for opening and closing the school gates and has a key with him so he's never around when she is going out of the house.
