Forgotten Title Looking for a novel, don't remember the name

I can only remember that some events from BTTH where used (like helping that powerful female cultivator and nursing her back to health in a cave), or a female snake's soul resides inside his body and they strike a deal that he helps her rebuilding her body. He also has a little sister but without the mysterious background. His own family is some sort of branch family that has some sort of connection to dragons (when one awakens their family blood they gain some sort of dragonscale amour).

These events should happen in the first 100 or so chapters.
