    The Blessing of 118 Gods - it seems to fit your criteria to a T, except while growing up he is affected by his body and mood swings common for children.
    Based on the other novels by this author, his characters do not seem to like killing, but they all tend to mature and kill when necessary.
    The story starts out with him and his sister training since childhood with the main character being blessed by 118 gods making him OP, but he does not have easy access to them at any time.
    Currently the story is on it's first arc and the main character has yet to reach adulthood, and the first major conflict has just started.
