    I forgot the name of the song, but it sounded like an ode to the asleep mountains and rivers, maybe connected to folklore.
    The only thing certain is that the Mountains where either asleep or falling asleep.
    the tempo was slow, traditional instruments.
    existed before 2015

    Thanks ahead for the help!

    It's called Chouwa no oto, so probably not, but give a listen it's nice

    I think "no mikoto" is something u put after a gods name? Im not sure. I tried searching songs with the name of mountain deities and no mikoto attached, ive yet to find the song. I only have three song that mention a mountain and sound like a "traditional" japanese song. Two of them are folk songs, the other is from an advertisement(i think) and its probably the most well know among foreigners.
    1. Takeda's lullaby
    2. Umi no Koe -桐谷健太
    3. shintaro san of the mountain

    No, sorry;
    however part of the faul is mine;
    I just remember that I used to listen to that song together with Nageki no Oto; i don't remember which recommended which on youtube, but after my old phone died i stopped and in my memory they blended together.
    However thanks both @Kirikaize , for making me discover again Kokia, and @CoffeeBarista , thorugh which i discovered Umi no Koe
    I updated my first post, as I think the "no mikoto" might have be me blending the name of Nageki no Oto to connect it with the other song
