It's not that there aren't many novels with huge amounts of chapters, it's that the translators haven't yet gotten that far on many of them.

there's a lot of novel with a lot of volumes translated among japanese novels. though most of them are a bit old, I doubt you've read them: -Zero no Tsukaima (18 Volumes) -Campione (17 Volumes) -Chrome Shelled Regios (25 Volumes) Completed -CubexCursedxCurious (17 Volumes) Completed -Owari no Chronichle (14 Volumes) Completed, Sequel has 9 Volumes translated -To Aru Majutsu no Index (22 Volumes) Completed, Sequel has 16 Volumes translated -High School DxD (21 Volumes Translated) -Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei (17 Volumes Translated). see, a lot right... 1 volume is equivalent to about 30-50 chapter of chinese webnovel.
Rakuin no Monshou: The story of a gladiator and his quest for revenge. It's got 6 very long volumes translated at this point. Dunno what it would tally up to in traditional chapters, but they make for a very long read. World of Cultivation is at 300+ chapters and that's a really good read. Very similar to ISSTH. The Demonic King Chases His Wife is about an assassin reincarnated into a sect in another world. It's kinda like a warped Cinderella story with cultivators. It's at 700+ chapters but the chapters are extremely short. If you're just looking for a really long series to start reading check out: The Dresden Files: It's at 15 books about a Wizard detective. Check out Jim Butcher's other series: Codex Alera at 6 books, which is basically about legionnaires with pokemon, it's a good read as well. Malazan Book of the Fallen: Ten books and a completed series, with gods, assassins, massive battles, demons, and a whole host of fantastical critters. A very high learning curve, as the author likes to just throw you headfirst into a shitstorm of terminology without explaining much, but after a while the world starts to crystallize and makes understanding what's going on that much more satisfying. Otherwise, the 600+ chapter suggestion you're looking for doesn't really exist yet. Very few novels are as far along in translation as the ones on WW so you'll probably have to wait a while to hit that 600+ chapter mark. The longer series that I'm following are only around 200 chapters, with most averaging around 100.

I'm sorry, I haven't read Chrome Shelled Regios, CubexCursedxCurious, and Owari no Chronicle. but CSR is somewhat popular (back then), and Owari no Chronicle is good they said. the rest is good though.
