Now that I think about it, you could say Xian Ni is also fit for this in a way since he loses Spoiler his entire body ...not sure if that counts as a disability though. There's also Perfect World where there's a bone taken out from MC's body if it counts. SYWZ probably has the most of this, just that it's not the MC but the female lead. To the point where she loses all her senses except for one at some point if I recall correctly.
