Female lead is (was) married to an Film emperor/actor due to an arranged marriage of their families and have a bun. Since it was a marriage with no love FL runs and leaves the little bun in ML's care and moved to America to pursue her dreams of becoming a renowned director. FL's relatives schemed against her to take away all her fortune while she remained in vegetable state ML often visits her and made her realized how stupid she was and repents not at least being able to see her son.
