Resolved Looking for name of an old anime/cartoon

It was about magic academy, The ML was a Human while the other two main character were a real witch descendent and the other was a Demi human.
The story started *probably* with when the human boy was discovered to be able to use magic and and thus brought to the academy, and his life adventure after with other two MC.
Hopefully anyone of you still remember it since it's quite an old one 15 years or more, waiting with great expectations.
