hello guys, just as the title says im looking for novels with non harem story. it can be any genre such as martial arts, slice of life, love story, politics, etc etc etc as long as its not mecha , and of course not harem story (Sick of these harem story seriously) thanks guys
And this is why you should toss in more requirements. Look here because if your request is just no harems and no mecha, you can use the series finder and select no harems and no mecha.
You can find plenty of them in many similar threads, you just need to scroll forum a little and you'll find them. Come on, you can do it!
I love how the only criteria you listed was "non-harem" *ignores the other criterea* It shows how ridiculous that theme is getting. To make matters worse, people try to tag everything as harem so long as there are a few girls within the main characters. Even if there aren't more girls than boys, and regardless of relationship. PS: Not sure how bad the problem is on this site
If youre looking for a specific theme/genre than you can ask away here... but when you ask to exclude 2 genre and asking for everything else beside that... the series finder would help you more than we ever will...
Perfect World Coiling Dragon Desolate Era, etc But if u want something unique, id say Wicked Soldier King... The setup is in modern era, and its not harem per say... I personally hate it whenever the mc is spouting nonsense to justify his harem, but for wsk, its not him that is at fault. Just read it, u ll understand.
the thing is , harem tag nowadays really broaden from what it used to be .. you see 3 girl and 1 guy , put harem tag take ISSTH for example , some people would classified it as harem tag , the other is not . well for me i think it was so much easy to search harem novel with good romance instead of pure non-harem novel ( in early books of CD some people can say it harem with alice and delia going on , and now you see AFAIK CD is closest one to pure non-harem novel )
Your requirements are quite few. Now I felt like recommending Unicorn Legion or Counterstop. Hmm. I also recommend Legend of Sun Knight, Kill no More, The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor and Ark.
what i mean is what do you guys read? because sometime people always have some novels that they loved and i really like to hear their opinion about the novel. how about story like My Pet Is a Holy Maiden, or just one smile is very alluring? do you guys have some recommendation like that? thanks ~
You basically want romances... try pretty much every series translated by hui3r (14 different ones there...). The ones which I have read and considered good (besides A Slight Smile is Very Charming) are Come and Eat Shan Shan, Wipe Clean After Eating, and Really Really Miss You. Also, Union of Enemies is good. Sidenote: My definition of "harem" is "3 or more women having romantic relationships with the same man simultaneously." 2 women is not harem, just love triangle. Sequential relationships (e.g. Alice & Delia) are also not harem, as they don't exist at the same time. Female companions who are not romantically involved are also not harem. (Sevens is an interesting example of playing with that boundary).
