I'm not looking for an exclusive slice of life or drama type novel as I do enjoy fantasy and action, but I really do love the moments where you can really see some form of familial love between the characters. Examples of this would be the Man-bond between the Jun family in Otherworldly Evil Monarch, or even the relations between Lee Hyun and his sister and grandmother in LMS. I really detest forced relations or family love that seem out of place. One big culprit being Coiling Dragon. You barely see any relationship building between Linley and his ma and pa, but he still gets all bloodthirsty and irrational when he learns who took them from him. It all seems very superficial, but then again IET was never very good at relationships in the first place. Even SOTR does a better job at the family aspect. I've tried out most of the novels on the first page of the novel ranking already, so if there are any hidden gems that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside due to the closeness of the mc's family, please recommend them to me.
Risou no Himo Seikatsu. Cant say a xianxia really focus on families since theyre just a plot device to motivate the MC.
TTNH the brotherhood is one of the best Legend of the Cultivation God the first 70~ chapters focus on the mc family honestly one of the best portrayals of a family I have read Beginning of Perfect World about the mc village
Where can i get one? Shes gotta be hot, voluptuous and experienced. Dont worry, i got money On another note Risou no Himo Seikatsu, its a very good book on family. Even the growth of a building family is pretty good (which is rare) The best part, it is mainly focused on the relationship as well
Ohh, and Mushoku Tensei, although it may not be as centered in family as others it does focus a lot in that.
